The room was decent, the view was extremely nice, the staff was friendly, the breakfast is nice (nothing special but decent), there is no parking but you can park at the Port parking which is close. The location is really nice and on top or close to the tsipouradika.

Ωραίο καθαρό ξενοδοχείο με ωραίο πρωινο στο κέντρο του Βόλου, προσφέροντας άνεση στη διαμονή έχοντας όλες τις επιλογές (φαγητού, μεταφοράς) κυριολεκτικά δίπλα σου .Το προσωπικό ΕΥΓΕΝΕΣΤΑΤΟ και το Roof garden καταπληκτικό.Στα θετικά του επίσης και ο πολύ ωραίος χώρος για πρωινό με θέα το λιμάνι.

Είναι ένα ωραίο ξενοδοχείο με θέα στη θάλασσα. Είναι σε κεντρικό σημείο. Δυστυχώς για στάθμευση έχει λίγες θέσεις μόνο μπροστά στην είσοδο.Το πρωινό ήταν μπουφές με όλα φρέσκα και νόστιμα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο. Χρήζει όμως μερικής προσοχής παραπάνω, γιατί υπάρχουν μικρές λεπτομέρειες που του χαλάνε τη γενική εικόνα （πχ πρίζα που είναι έτοιμη να βγεί, σαπουνοθήκη στη μπανιέρα που κρέμεται κ.α.）

Κάναμε τηλεφωνική κράτηση （2 διανυκτερεύσεις）. Μας επιβεβαιώνουν ότι το δωμάτιο που βλέπουμε στην φωτογραφία είναι το ίδιο με αυτό που έχουμε κάνει κράτηση, η μόνη διαφορά είναι ότι το δωμάτιο μας δεν έχει θέα... Κάναμε εξόφληση του δωματίου.... Τραγικό μας λάθος... Φτάσαμε στο ξενοδοχείο 01:00 το βράδυ, μας έδωσαν ένα δωμάτιο το οποίο φυσικά δεν είχε καμια σχέση με αυτό που είδαμε στην φωτογραφία. Η πόρτα άνοιγε προς τα έξω, είχε έναν σύρτη για να κλειδώνει, χωρίς επαρκή φωτισμό, άκρως καταθλιπτικό, αρκετά βρώμικο. Φύγαμε τρέχοντας.... 66€/ διανυκτέρευση. Μας επέστρεψαν 65,50 και φυσικά για τα τα υπόλοιπα δεν πήραμε ποτέ απόδειξη.....
