I rarely criticize a hotel on my day of arrival but the manager was exceedingly rude. I have been leading tours to Greece for 25 years. This was my first time to the Domitel. There obviously was a mix up because our rooms were not ready. We were a group of 20. Understandable. They were quite busy and somewhere along the way someone did not alert the hotel of the time of our arrival. Mixups do happen. I wanted to find out what went wrong. Rather than responding to me, the manager was rude and sexist. Completely unacceptable. He obviously lacks people skills and is in the wrong position. I certainly will reconsider ever bringing a group there again.

Breakfast is pure European style, with self-service coffee machine, cappuccino, American style, latte, and hot chocolate. The staple food is mainly bread; the eggs include fried eggs, scrambled eggs, and boiled eggs; there are four or five kinds of cheese, including The famous Greek goat cheese; dairy products also include Greek yogurt; there are not many vegetables, there are cold salads and hot baked tomatoes. The overall breakfast is pretty good. The rooms are not big, but they are clean and tidy. There is a supermarket and shopping area within ten minutes' walk downstairs, which is very convenient. The room has a small balcony and the view is average.

Super hotel in Volos! I stayed one night at 1910 Lifestyle Hotel with my husband and my 2 girls and everything was perfect! It's very well located near the port, good restaurants and beautiful shops. All is done on foot! The hotel is modern, very design and very comfortable. The breakfast served on the roof terrace of the hotel is divine with an impressive view of the port. We also have been able to park our car in the parking of the hotel à l'ombre. The service is perfect and especially the service of Tilemochos that makes us very good restaurant recommendations.

Recently renovated hotel, I was with a group. Extremely close entrance with stairs and no one moved to help pull the bag. Microscopic elevator: 8 room floors and you can not enter more than two people. The room was very close, without room for baggage that had to be put on the ground. The closet was virtually unexisting, very bad indoor view. I don't think I'll come back. The very small breakfast room, you have to turn. But how can we create a 6-plane structure and not provide adequate services?
