I just checked into this hotel and I'm coming to my senses from what I saw. Well, first of all, it's not even close to three stars. This is a Soviet-style hotel, with all that that implies. For starters, it's very stuffy in the room, but there's no air conditioning, or even a fan. It's hot outside. The only way to survive is to open the window wide open, but then you stop even hearing your own voice, because there's a smart highway right under the windows. Night is ahead, I'm afraid I won't get to sleep. There's no robe or slippers. No complimentary bottle of water either. But there are plenty of drinks in the paid minibar. There is a cooler, but not in the middle of the corridor, but at the end. I live right at the other end of this long corridor. You can't run around for water. There's no toothbrush or toothpaste either, but that's the least of my worries, I always take them with me. In short, I'll never set foot here again, not for any rugs! However, we still have to somehow survive for 2 more nights.

I wanted to book 2 single rooms, according to the administrator there was 1 single and 1 double with two separate beds, but they did not allow one person to stay there even for an extra fee. The argument is that we have such rules, we do not allow one person to stay in such rooms. Although 2 months ago they accommodated one person in such a room and there were no questions. The question is “is it really easier for them not to accommodate guests at all than to accommodate one person?” - the administrator’s answer is “well, yes, consider it so”. The answer simply killed me‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️ As a result, we chose another hotel. The cost of two rooms for one night is 6,700. Where is the logic of decision-making - history is silent...

There were three of us (with a child), in a family room. The room has 2 windows, 2 large beds, a table, chairs, a cupboard with dishes (there are mugs, plates, glasses), a TV, a refrigerator. 3 bottles of water. The bathroom has a hair dryer, toiletries (except toothpaste). There are slippers. There is a cooler on the floor. Our windows did not look out onto the road, but onto the neighboring houses, so it was quiet. The room is decent. The breakfast is good, varied: porridge, milk with cereal, omelette, sausages, potatoes, pasta, sausage, cheese, vegetables, pastries, tea and coffee. The staff is friendly. There is Wi-Fi. The location of the hotel is good. There is a parking lot next to the hotel. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Kremlin. There is a shopping center nearby.

We booked the hotel when *********** was disabled. So we used another resource that had no reviews. We stayed in a standard room for two nights. The room itself was not bad, but... The windows overlooked the road. Two streets converge under the windows, cars, trying to get through the next traffic light, pick up speed. The hotel and the house across the road are close to the roadway, and the sound, repeatedly reflected from the walls, creates an incredible noise. In addition, there are buses, trolleybuses, and local motorists and motorcyclists under the windows. Among them, there are big fans of just riding in circles and loud music. For two nights we observed the same car with a reinforced column on the roof, which with all this disco was circling around the area at 11-12 at night. Motorcyclists generally consider it their duty to roar the engine as loud as possible. Yes, of course, with the windows closed you can hardly hear anything, but the room has no ventilation at all and even in the bathroom it almost does not pull. The only way to air out the room is to open the window to the street and the door to the corridor. The windows facing the courtyard also face the garbage dump. The hotel is a typical Soviet "Sputnik". The furniture is more or less new, but still like in Soviet hotels. I didn't like the bed - the mattresses are sagging, you can feel the springs. Judging by the design of the mattress, it seemed to be quite old-fashioned. The refrigerator was very hot, so we didn't dare turn it on. There were also some problems in the bathroom - a wobbling toilet and a falling off faucet. The staff at the reception and at breakfast were very friendly. The breakfast was not bad: porridge, omelet, cottage cheese casserole, pancakes, some kind of lunch food, fresh vegetables, pastries (so-so). The coffee machine makes good coffee. It's really 15-20 minutes to the Kremlin, but the journey is rather uninteresting, so it's long. In my opinion, the hotel does not correspond to 3 stars and is not worth 3700 per night.
