„will definitely stay here again” ➖ absolutely nothing ➕ In my opinion the Cosmos hotel one of the best comfortable hotel in Volgograd I can surely say! I spent unfortunately only 1 day there! Nice and centrally located hotel, right behind the train station, not far from all historical places. Several hundred meters (stone's throw away) from the Central Railway Station is additional benefit as well, at least approx 20 mins to airport by car. The Cosmos hotel is well decorated outside and inside, cosy and comfortably furnished room, nice facilities bathroom, bathrobs, slippers. Dedicated wide spread of breakfast, delicious cooked dishes for dinner in the restaurant on the first floor. Well, to tell the truth, friendly and helpful personal from the reception desk and staff in general, I was impressed by high level of service, they do all their best to feel you like at home and pay attention to every detail. It is really Cool! Overall was excellent! Thanks everybody for your hospitality! I would highly recommend this hotel, no doubt!

Ездила в командировку на пару дней в Волгоград, зарегистрировалась в этом отеле "Космос"- неплохо.Цена низкая и качество хорошее поэтому, отель чистый, стандартный номер абсолютно комфортный.Кровать мягкая и воздушная.Было очень удобно,что отель находится в центре города, успела посмотреть достопримечательности города.

Отличный отель. Номера просторные, все чистенько, опрятно. Персонал вежливый, приветливый. Сан.узел, душевая- все прибрано. Модно щаказать еду в номер. Если в следующий раз придется остановиться в отеле, обязательно выберем этот еще раз.

Главная претензия - это чрезмерно завышенная цена. Подробнее..... На этапе бронирования вылезли суммы 7200+5600+5600 в сетке календаре, что в сумме дало 23000. Странная математика. Отель находится вплотную к железнодорожном вокзалу, сопровождающие железнодорожную романтику звуки будут вам обеспечены ночью. Причём, не с той стороны вокзала где центр и красота, а с той где промзона и жилые высотки зажавшие отель со всех сторон. Именно зажавшие. Завтракать на веранде вы будете вплотную к входу в соседний алкомаркет. Отель чистый, стандартный номер абсолютно комфортный. С чаем/кофе/вайфаем и банными пренадлежностями. Большая двуспальная кровать из двух матрасов. Обожаю эту привычную для многих отелей фишечку когда вместо спать "в обнимку" ты выковыриваешь себя из межматрасья. В шкафу на верхней полке кто-то оставил футболку. Горничная решила оставить её нам. Спасибо, но мы не воспользовались. Завтрак совсем не удивил. Ежедневно одно и тоже. Вру, начинка в блинчиках была разная. От "лучшего в Волгограде" завтрака ожидалось больше и интереснее, хотя и тут, избитая фраза, "голодными не останетесь". Резюмирую. Отель не плох. И был бы он дешевле..... Предложенный ценник он не оправдывает. За него этой суммы жалко. PS. И, вот ещё. Утюг на этаже почистите карандашиком, он 25 рублей стоит, подошва очень пачкает одежду.

Бронирую эту группу отелей почти всегда, но с таким столкнулась впервые. Поселили на последнем этаже, окна номера стандарт выходят на вокзал. Ближе к вечеру отключили воду, сначала холодную, а затем и горячая исчезла тоже. В номере очень душно, система кондиционирования не функционирует. Открыть окно на проветривание можно, но спать мешают звуки вокзала, шум и сигналы поездов. Короче, хотели отдохнуть и выспаться после долгой дороги, глине удалось. Очень были неприятно удивлены таким сервисом.

В этом отеле хорошо было всё: от момента регистрации по приезду до посадки в такси в аэропорт. Хочу особо отметить персонал отеля, все вопросы решались очень быстром и всегда с улыбкой. Прекрасные и разнообразные завтраки. К чистоте в номере никаких претензий. Люблю эту сеть отелей и в этот раз осталась довольна моим выбором.
