Noahs Ark Deluxe Hotel Spa

Hotel was nice but large complex rooms spacious and clean, however we were staying there with our family and granddaughter aged 2 and reported to reception and management that the full length mirror in the lift was broken and dangerous nothing was doe about it. Second issue in my sons bathroom the shelving attached to the shower was insecure causing the glass shelve to collapse with a bottle of perfume & aftershave costing £200+ to shatter all over the floor, reported to management and shelves where secured straight away by maintenance, the issue being they would not replace or compensate for the damaged goods and told we had to contact our booking agent which we have with the photographic evidence. When it is clearly totally the hotel’s responsibility asked for the General Manger told unavailable apparently in Turkey so told no refund which is very disappointing as classed as 5 star hotel which spoilt our stay there and we will not stay there again. I explained to the duty manager if I had damaged anything in the room I would be expected to pay for it, obviously not the other way round at this hotel! again very disappointed with there response to this issue very bad customer relations and service .

Resort was located in a spacious area and has a great beach. Foods were below average, not in an expected standard quality as a 5 star resort. Snackbar has the worst the hamburger ever we ate, ice cold and with bones in the meat. SunSun bar tender not even give any attention to us as we waited more than 15 mins while we are standing, it was not crowded by the way. We tired to wait and left. In the cafe (main building) even Turkish coffee was cold! Ordering via QR code nice but the only one waitress looked like exhausted with serving many people. Receptionist Ramazan bey was a gentleman and really helpful, he gave us a nice room in the main building, thanks to him. Also plants and garden trimmed well and tidy, we liked the garden.

I’ve never been treated like a second class beggar but one of your co workers asked us to leave immediately after popping by to see if we wanted to book it for next year. We’re currently staying at Cratos a 7 star hotel and they know how to treat people. Disgusted and utterly embarrassed ushered out like stray dogs. Business lost! I shall also tell everyone I know!!

I spent 4 nights there and I really got disappointed with the quality of food, bars and services. Although the quality of room was good, the floor was covered with moquette but dirty. Most of main courses were leftover of previous ones and in bars every drink was fake, the nuts were wet and mosquitoes were flying everywhere. I would never back there nor recommend it to anyone.

We spent our holiday in the hotel for the third time and we will come back in the future. We highly appreciated services, food, lovely Meditherian garden and all additional services. We were very satisfied with the aqua gym and professional trainer. Olga Drapalova

28 Ağustos - 3 Eylül arası otelde yeğenimle kaldım. Resepsiyona geldiğimizde ortam çok sıcak personel konudan uzak işlerine hakim bir insan değildi. Uzun bekleyişten sonra odamızın anahtarını aldık ve çantaları odaya bıraktıktan sonra sora sonra öğle yemeğini yiyeceğimiz yere geldik. Otelin misafir profiline baktığımızda 3 yıldızlı bir oteli andırıyordu. Öğle yemeği vasattı. Sun Sun barda personel çok dağınık çalışıyordu. İstediğin alkolü bulman çok zor. Personelin kılık kıyafeti herkesin farklı ve zorla çalıştırılıyorlar gibi isteksizdi. Animasyon dan olduğunu söyleyen arkadaşlarla ok atmaya gittik. Arkadaş çok konuya hakim değildi. Ok esnasında tanıştığımız İlyas Aykut abimiz bize her çok yardımcı oldu. Otelde eksik olan ilgi alaka ve güler yüzü onda gördük kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. Diskoda sadece bira olması çok şaşırtıcı. Gittiğimiz gün ses sistemi iyi değildi bira alacağımız yerde elektrik yoktu. Çok fazla zaman harcamadık. Aykut abi ile bina girişinde bulunan English pub a gittik orada vakit gwçirdik. Akşam yemekleri çok kalabalık ve bir şekilde birşeyler yeme fırsatı bulduk. Aqua parkta arıza vardı tüm kaydıraklar çalışmıyordu. Sun Sun barın arkasında bulunan tuvaletin sürekli dışarıya taşması ve insanların pisliklere basarak yemeklere gitmesi çok ama çok vasat ve sağlıksızdı. Tekrar gitmemek için çok neden vardı. Gitmek için ise tek neden var oda İlyas abimizin oldugu vakit....

Otelin manzarası, doğası, enerjisi mükemmel. Animasyon ekibiyle çookkk ama çok eğlendik. Özellikle plajda Etki hanıma ve eşsiz derleme ve parçalarıyla DJ Melih Bey’e çok ama çok teşekkür ederiz. İyi ki siz💐

Rezalet housekeeping, rezalet hizmet, oda servisi berbat, oda telefonları bozuk, istenen hiç bir talep karşılanmıyor, 0 müşteri memnuniyeti. Asla tercih edilmemeli. Yemekler aç kalmamak için yenir. Odaya bira istedik elimizde mevcut değil dendi. Saçmalık. Diş fırçası talep ettik ne gelen var ne giden.

Otel muhteşem anlatılmaz yaşanır… Otel çok fazla büyük çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi Özellikle Animasyon ekibi çok iyiydi başta Ömer bey olmak üzere hepsine çok teşekkür ederiz tekrardan görüşmek dileğiyle 🙏
