Very disappointed. This hotel was once very good, sadly due to poor management , we can see a dramatic decline in standards. Negatives: Hygiene Issues: The food is exposed and covered with flies. Customer service: the senior management of this hotel treats guests, like they are above us. They forget that we are the guests, not the other way around. No smile, no welcoming behaviour, just arrogance. Dining Experience: The lunch service has been moved outdoors, and both the variety and quality of the food have suffered as a result. The selection is disappointingly poor. Inconvenient Check-in/Check-out Times: With an 11 AM check-out and a 3 PM check-in policy. Poor Service: During meal times, their is a lack of staff due to the hotel being overcrowded and operating beyond its capacity, hence staff being unable to meet the demands of the overcrowded environment. This issue reflects a serious management shortcoming. The ADA bar, located in the center of the swimming pool, now charges for drinks, while a nearby bar offers the same beverages for free. This makes no sense, the ADA bar used to be free. This unnecessary pricing decision has made the ADA bar virtually unused, no one goes there! Again pointing fingers to management. Final Thoughts: The management of this hotel is, unfortunately, its greatest weakness. With poor oversight and operational decisions, the experience has deteriorated to a point where it’s hard to recommend. Sadly we will not be returning, which is a shame given the hotel's past reputation.
