Very disappointed. This hotel was once very good, sadly due to poor management , we can see a dramatic decline in standards. Negatives: Hygiene Issues: The food is exposed and covered with flies. Customer service: the senior management of this hotel treats guests, like they are above us. They forget that we are the guests, not the other way around. No smile, no welcoming behaviour, just arrogance. Dining Experience: The lunch service has been moved outdoors, and both the variety and quality of the food have suffered as a result. The selection is disappointingly poor. Inconvenient Check-in/Check-out Times: With an 11 AM check-out and a 3 PM check-in policy. Poor Service: During meal times, their is a lack of staff due to the hotel being overcrowded and operating beyond its capacity, hence staff being unable to meet the demands of the overcrowded environment. This issue reflects a serious management shortcoming. The ADA bar, located in the center of the swimming pool, now charges for drinks, while a nearby bar offers the same beverages for free. This makes no sense, the ADA bar used to be free. This unnecessary pricing decision has made the ADA bar virtually unused, no one goes there! Again pointing fingers to management. Final Thoughts: The management of this hotel is, unfortunately, its greatest weakness. With poor oversight and operational decisions, the experience has deteriorated to a point where it’s hard to recommend. Sadly we will not be returning, which is a shame given the hotel's past reputation.

This hotel should have sunk when built all staff are robots can not see you does not smile lives in a world of their own pretends they do not understand the dinning room serves pig food and you have to queue for this food only opens morning and evening during day you have the luxury of a transport cafe toewels in room are as and when the grounds are mazing but we are living the nightmare as we wright this report

Hotel's rezort is very beautiful, great service, very delicious food of never ended dishes, the best pool ever, very nice beach...The best is tropical garden around the hotel with very proffesional service everywhere... we are spending there one week and all is the best... Nice great rooms, food is very tasteful, delicious and reach varietties....

Definetly a must for me,noahs arc is the key for my holiday,the sea,aqua park also the restaurant is stunning.Animation crew is also knew what they were doing straight up professionals.Everybody must came to this hotel once in their life.

The hotel is excellent, so much nice animators, i left my kids in miniclub so smily girls there And so much positive energy!!! Love this hotel, everything is clean. The hotels garden is the best, so much palms And flowers i felt in love, But no towels in rooms!!! Only bad thing.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. In my opinion and based on my experience at this hotel, the root cause is poor and incompetent management. Drain in the shower did not work making from bathroom a little swimming pool. I reported it via Google translater (it is a must and best friend in this hotel) to the reception. Two guys came, removed some wet towel, gave us new and left so quickly that no questions were possible. Actually, they would not be able to communicate in English anyway. The next day in the morning the reception promised new room at 4 p.m. At the 4 p.m. the manager said that he will send somebody to check drain (check it, not repair, after more than 24 hours). I lost a temper a little. I believe that it is the only reason why we received the new room. The new room was of the same "quality" as the first one, but at least the drain worked. + beautiful beach with clean water - nobody at the reception including the management is able to communicate in English - rooms are terrible - moldy, with insect, pieces of dust or old crusty furniture at the balcony + aqupark BUT - opened 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon with multiple electricity outages, but of course, closing on time + bar at acqupark BUT - lack of juices and coffee and other flavours immediately after afternoon's opening with no refill for 6 days (until we had left) + restaurants/bars at the beach and the area of the hotel BUT - lack of several types of drinks and flavours for 6 days (not refilled until we had left) + several types of dishes, a lot of fruit and vegetables - all fishes burnt at least a little, oversalted and dry, including the salmon - juice automat out of order for 2 days in the MAIN restaurant

I recently stayed at Noah’s Ark Hotel with my family, and I want to share how amazing the Mini Club animation program is. As a dad, I found the animation team incredibly kind and caring. They made my kids feel welcome and excited from the very first day. The activities were fun and engaging. The team organized different games, crafts, and shows every day, which kept my kids entertained and happy. They especially loved the treasure hunt and the dance party. The variety of activities meant there was always something new and exciting to look forward to. The animation team showed great patience and enthusiasm. They made sure every child felt included, no matter their age or interests. It was clear that they genuinely enjoyed working with the kids, and this created a warm and friendly atmosphere

My family and I recently visited Noah’s Ark, and I cannot say enough good things about the Mini Club! It was a highlight of our trip. The staff, including the incredible international animators, were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every child felt welcome and engaged. The activities were both fun and educational, providing a perfect balance that kept the kids entertained while also stimulating their minds. The facilities were clean, well-organized, and filled with a variety of toys and games suitable for different age groups.

It was one of the holidays when you are not amazed but not dissapointed. The area is wonderful and animation program is amazing. I love the animators, they are full of energy and good vibe specialy the ones in white shirts and orange or pink shorts. Evenings program is quite weak but still enjoyed our holiday.
