Roel Kellenaers1/5just now on  Google At best an average motel but to call this a boutique hotel is a marketing joke. Bad night sleeping guaranteed: bed linen way too thin (we froze during the night), super hard matrass and one tiny pillow. Location is good if you absolutely need to sleep in Vohburg. Information provided by agent at check in was non existent. We had to ask everything ourselves about the hotel. Breakfast time on a Sunday is until 10 AM, far away from convenient. Especially since check out is until 11 AM. We arrived for breakfast at 9:57 and nobody was there. When entering the kitchen to ask for coffee we were TAUGHT that breakfast had to be completed by 10:00. Not really service mentality. After complaining we got our coffee and finished everything in 15 minutes. Horrible experience with the one person responsible for breakfast making so much noice in the kitchen that one could hardly talk to each other. We complained about it and she apologized while mentioning "I need to work hard with my shift ending soon". We didn't feel welcome at all in this so called boutique hotel, where one experts a certain personal touch or hospitality.

Das Zimmer und der Service waren sehr gut. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war in Ordnung. Allerdings war es nicht ausreichend warm im Zimmer und es gibt keine Möglichkeit die Heizung zu bedienen. Es nützt dem Gast nichts wenn es eine Anzeige zur CO 2 Einsparung gibt, er aber im Zimmer frieren muss. Die Aufgabe eines Hotels ist es dafür zu sorgen, dass sich der Gast wohl fühlt und nicht dass an genau dieser Aufgabe angeblich CO2 eingespart wird.Ausserdem fehlt eine zusätzliche Decke im Zimmer, die in jedem Hotel dieser Welt üblich ist.

Ivm een brand in ons appartement waren we genoodzaakt onze vakantie te annuleren en daarmee ook dit hotel. Medewerker situatie uitgelegd, maar alleen de directie zou kunnen beslissen over een kostenloze annulatie. Directie niet aanspreekbaar en bericht ontvangen dat we de volledige kosten moeten betalen. Begrip is ver te zoeken bij deze mensen. Voor ons nooit meer.

Wir haben spontan auf der Rückreise vom Urlaub hier Stop gemacht und waren positiv überrascht. Die Reservierung und Check In waren schnell und unompliziert. Das Zimmer (201) für drei war süß eingerichtet und ausreichend groß. Alles war sauber uns liebevoll eingerichtet. Die zentrale Lage ist auch ein wenig der Nachteil, da vor der Tür Kopfsteinpflaster ist. Morgens nach dem zweiten Auto mit Anhänger waren wir wach. Dafür ist man mitten im Ort und hat nur wenige Meter zu Restaurants. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und auch das Frühstück ist nett angerichtet und versorgt mit allem wichtigen. Alles in allem - wenn wir in der Nähe sind, kommen wir gerne wieder - vielleicht gibt es ja auch ruhige Zimmer zum Innenhof.
