Quietly located on an island in the Rhine near the border in a nature reserve. The room was very large and furnished to a high standard. All facilities on the ground floor were barrier-free. The breakfast was sufficient. Egg dishes were available on request. There were enough parking spaces at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We are used to eating here with my partner, we were always happy. Yet at the beginning of August, accompanied by friends, we were disappointed all along the line, from aperitif to dessert. The Apérol Spritz was bland, I asked the waitress if there was less than the classic dose. She looked down at me telling me in a dismissive tone that it had been done as usual. She still took our glasses to add more. I taste again, it was tasteless, I finally think the Prosecco had been forgotten or it had been diluted too much with sparkling water. At the meal, we had a fresh salad: the mozzarella used was the one to be cooked (it was hard) the salmon did not have much flavor and was cut very coarsely, there were no apples provided for in the composition of the salad. The same waitress comes to ask us if everything is fine during the meal and leaves without waiting for our answers. For dessert, the chocolate cake was not cooked enough. In short, waitress not friendly, not smiling at all and mediocre meal.

Un très bel hôtel, situé sur le Rhin. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien agencées. La literie est de bonne qualité. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées. L'hôtel est calme. Le restaurant propose des plats variés de bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner est d'un excellent rapport qualité prix. Je recommande.

Une belle découverte. Situé au bord du Rhin. Nous avions une suite ppur 4 personnes. Les lits sont très confortables. La chambre donnait sur un petit étang. Il y a une moustiquaire très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner était complet et le personnel très chaleureux.

L'hôtel est situé sur les bords du Rhin, les chambres avec balcon ont la vue sur un étang où cohabitent cygnes et poules d'eau dans une nature luxuriante. Un havre de calme et de tranquillité duquel on a du mal à s'extraire pour aller faire du tourisme aux alentours qui le méritent pourtant. Les chambres sont grandes et bien agencées, la salle d'eau est fonctionnelle avec baignoire et douche italienne. Dans ce qui pourrait être un paradis d'un moment des détails gâchent l'immense jouissance du lieu: le ménage des chambres est réalisé de manière expéditive et sommaire avec beaucoup d'à peu près, c'est vraiment dommage, il faut accepter de passer outre.

Très bel hôtel au calme avec une vue magnifique sur le rhin! Très propre, très bonne literie ! Parking gratuit ! Il n'y a rien à dire de négatif, c'est une belle surprise. Je vous le recommande les yeux fermés. Le petit plus, un excellent restau ! Où l'on peut dîner sans même avoir réservé de chambre. Pensez à réserver le restau, car c'est tellement bon que c'est tout le temps plein.

Nous avons été mangé en famille, très déçu du personnel, serveuse peu emable pas sourient. Service très lent. Après commande, une entrée avait été oublié, assiette de poisson sans goût, sans sauce et accompagnement inexistant. Plus de patate douce. Non précisé lors de la commande. Ensuite plus de tartes au désert. Pareil toujours pas précisé lors de la prise de commande. Personnel incompétent. Lamentable , alors que nous avions l'habitude dit aller. Pour notre part, ça sera fini. Dernière fois. Restaurant à éviter.
