We were 3 families that decided to stay on these rooms. Unfortunately, we were fooled by the view of the sea. Since the very first moment, one of the kids got stuck inside one of the toilets because of the malfunctioning of the door handle. Than when we wanted to lock the doors and have dinner, the door handle of the room just broke and felt on the floor with our things stuck inside the room. But the cherry on top was when we returned from dinner and zried to turn on the AC. Not only the AC was not working but after the staff members came, they said these are things that happen. Not even a fan was offered to cool the room. Pointless to say that we slept on the chairs outside in the balcony because it was impossible to sleep inside in the heat. And than breakfast that was not included in the price but overçricwd for the area where an omlete costed 400Leke. When we asked the owner about the broken AC or breakfast not being included in the price, he said these are things that happen. No applogies, no explanation. Overall our experience was awful and when we left we also scratched our car because of the very tight parking. It is pointless to advertise only certain rooms while the actual rooms are a total mess.

Wonderful suite ( 301) spacious, private balcony, spotless. The family who runs Napolan could not be nicer and quickly responded to all our needs. The Mom is a super cook and made us a wonderful dinner and breakfast. Well located- comfy beds. We loved it. And, parking at the complex which is a necessity!

Inconvenient location both for the beach and for doing anything else, large room with balcony overlooking the sea but with a kitchenette in the corridor so when someone cooks the smells enter the room, after 10 days we had to insistently ask for the towels and sheets to be changed , the room was never cleaned, breakfast was not included in the price paid and we did not understand why since it was included for all the other guests, with the same type of room and price, very noisy because you can hear all the voices and screams of other guests' children, the restaurant of the same property has a typical menu of the area but more expensive and with ridiculous portions, you eat better in any other restaurant on the seafront

Hotel très agréable, équipe accueillante qui a toujours ete présente pour répondre à nos besoins (merci Stella et Emmanuel) Une belle vue sur la mer et une piscine agreable. Chaque chambre dispose d'une petite terrasse. Les chambres sont simples, spacieuses, propres et confortables. La literie est très bonne Les salles de bain sont propres, parfois de petite taille (ça dépend des chambres) Le petit déjeuner traditionnel est copieux et bon, servi à table (lait, jus d'orange, petulas maison, omelette ou œufs à votre convenance, feta, miel, confiture...) La plage de Qeparo est très jolie (sable dans l'eau) et accessible à pied depuis l'hôtel en 5-10 minutes via les 150 marches ;-) Notre séjour a vraiment été agréable.
