Very warm hotel.The view was fantastic.We had breakfast and dinner and where very delicious. We stayed 7 night and everyone was there to help and the recommendations of the girls of the reception about the city where really good. We totally recommend,and we have already book for the September because we will come back

Przez 6 dni naszego pobytu pokój ani łazienka nie były sprzątane, łóżka nie poprawione, pościel nie zmieniona. Ręczniki zmienili raz i to na moją prośbę. Oferta hotelu jest nieprawdziwa, bo śniadania nie są w formie bufetu tylko podawane do stolika i bardzo skąpe,3 kromki chleba na 4 osoby, musieliśmy upominać się o czwartą kromkę, do tego dla 4 osób masło, jeden kawałek białego sera pokrojony na 4 cząstki i 1 mały spodeczek wiśniowych konfitur = 2 wisienki na osobę, w dodatku trzeba bardzo długo czekać na obsługę. Kolacje wieczorem- szkoda pieniędzy, zazwyczaj kompromitacja, chociaż 2 razy było więcej i smaczniej, nie wiem dlaczego nie można tak codziennie? Zarezerwowany pokój miał być duży z 2 łazienkami. Okazało się, że ta druga łazienka jest to ubikacja ogólnodostępna obok restauracji na tarasie, a naprawdę pokój ma 1 łazienkę. Okazało się, że jednak mają apartament 2x 2 osobowy z 2 oddzielnymi łazienkami, ale za dużą dopłatą. Oferowany zestaw do parzenia herbaty i kawy to zwykły czajnik, w pokoju nie było herbaty ani kawy do zaparzenia, na szczęście niedaleko jest sklepik 24h/dobę. Hotel leży na uboczu, 3km za miastem, żeby tam się dostać trzeba mieć wypożyczony samochód. W łazience są malutkie umywalki, a prysznic jest bez zasłony =zalana łazienka po kąpaniu. Na plus hotelu jest miła obsługa i że jest cicho, dobrze działa klimatyzacja. Widok ładny, ale we Wlorze w każdym hotelu jest ładny widok. Ogólnie jednak zdecydowanie nie polecam. Na pewno nigdy tam nie wrócimy.

Les points positifs : une superbe vue et une très gentille réceptionniste... Qui fait ce qu'elle peut, car pour le reste notre expérience de 3 nuits a vraiment été mauvaise.. Une sdb dans un état quasi délabré : une douche aux rideaux trop courts (ce qui inonde partout) et qui tiennent par miracle aux tringles.. Une cuvette de travers, une étagère sur le point de tomber, une fenêtre à la poignée cassée, un fil d'alimentation dangereusement décroché du mur... Des lits ok mais des erreurs de draps qui ont fait que notre fils a dû dormir la 1ere nuit enroulé dans une serviette (et plus personne vers 21h pour apporter ce qu'il manquait) Impossible de dormir dès 6h30 du matin car nous avions une chambre en dessous de la terrasse du petit-déjeuner, dont les tables/chaises étaient sans arrêt déplacées. Mais le pompon : le petit déjeuner ! Aucun choix possible avec des "plats" servis aléatoirement sans aucune garniture. Un serveur aimable comme une porte de prison, qui semble forcé d'être là, et qui nous sert du pain sans rien à mettre dessus (plus de beurre à 9h.. Sachant qu'un supermarché est à 3mn de l'hôtel), pour qui il semble incongru de demander des assiettes pour manger.. Et qui prétend qu'il ne peut pas servir de café (idem, en rupture de stock à 9h!) alors que nous savons que la réception en a... À un tel niveau de service, mieux vaut ne pas prétendre servir le petit-déjeuner. Bref nous avons été contents de ne pas y passer plus de temps, 3 nuits c'était déjà beaucoup trop.

Abbiamo soggiornato con famiglia e amici ad agosto 2023. La struttura si trova a circa 3 km dal centro della caotica e trafficata città di Valona. Le camere sono piuttosto scarne e manca un vero guardaroba. Il divano letto su cui dormivano i miei figli era scomodissimo (duro come il pavimento). In bagno la doccia senza telo (con conseguente allagamento di tutto il bagno ad ogni utilizzo) e bidet inutilizzabile perché rotto. La cosa migliore della struttura è la terrazza, in cui servono la colazione e da cui si ha una bella vista della costa sottostante. Personale gentile e disponibile.
