Hotel Liro - Adults Only

I recently stayed at Liro Hotel and was quite disappointed. The cleanliness was lacking, with several areas of the hotel needing attention. The staff was unhelpful and not very friendly, which made my stay less enjoyable. I expected a welcoming atmosphere but instead felt ignored. Overall, my experience at Liro Hotel was underwhelming, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others seeking a pleasant stay.

We had an amazing Customer Experience at Hotel Liro. What is the difference? Customer Service versus Customer Experience As a business owner you must understand the difference between Customer Experience and Customer Service. Customer Service is reactionary. It is what you need to spend money on because your customers have a problem or they are unhappy. And it’s the customers who aren’t happy who will utilise most of that resource through complaints etc. Customer experience is proactive. It’s about understanding what their journey and experience of interacting with you is like. The closer you get to creating an optimal customer experience, the less you’ll need to spend on traditional customer service. Right from checking in to our room with a balcony that had the most amazing view. The room itself is just beautiful and so well set out. The only small gripe was at dinner. There was a little bit too long a wait between courses, which means we left before dessert or coffee was offered. This was a loss of income, as we would have had coffee and dessert if offered in a timely manner. Thank you to Ofredi our wonderful front of staff. You are a gem my friend, and i enjoyed speaking and talking with you.

Visited the beach club, super beautiful, friendly staff and good food. A must for a beach day if you visit Vlore and don’t stay at the hotel! The chairs were comfortable and the pool had a great temperature. I would recommend to come on time when they open since it gets full very early.

Terrible loud music at midday!!! This is not a relaxing place this is a terrible place for vacations!! Poor service and we could not rest from extremely loud music during the day! Will never come back here again definitely…………………………………………….

The WORST hotel we have ever stayed in. Right from the arrival everything was poor. Our room was totally different to the pictures advertised for starters, and instead of a modern clean room, we were giving a dated room, under the bar area upstairs, where all you can hear is the moving chairs. The room had sockets with exposed LIVE wires hanging out. Dead bugs splatted on the bathroom tiles. Wallpaper hanging off the walls. The shower is pathetic - literally a trickle of water coming out!!!! And the aircon, well none existence. TV does not work either. This hotel is advertised as adult only but that is not true. The bar area and restaurants have plenty of young children running around. Also, we were informed by another extremely rude receptionist this evening that we were not allowed to bring any water or ice tea from outside of the hotel into our rooms for drinks during the night... which is craziness, it's not like we are drinking this in the bar or communal areas, simple a drink during the nighttime. I then confronted the day receptionist, who said this is not a policy... they seem to make the rules up as they go along!!! The next day we're offered an upgrade to the modern rooms, but would cost us an extra 40 Euro (which was fine) - however we were then informed this was a cash payment only and the new due receptionist demanded that we go and take the cash out from the local cash point. I politely refused, saying they can wait until I went out for a purpose. What made me really laugh then, was I was allowed to pay for a drinks tab or CARD but the room upgrade had to be CASH... made no sense at all. Positives - very few, but compliments to the breakfast, view and pool area. All very nice! Overall this is the worst hotel stay we have ever endured. We would not recommend this to anyone. This hotel in European terms would easily make a 2 star, not the 4 star mis-sold. I have never dealt with such rude staff and would not recommend this experience to anyway. (We have since stayed in a 4star hotel in Ksamil and the experience had been amazing!!)

My husband and I went there two days in a row for evening drinks in the hotel bar. We stayed in another hotel nearby as this one is adults only. The view is amazing. The location is just stunning. The drink prices are very affordable like other places as well but you don't have this beautiful and calming atmosphere in the city centre. Albi, the bar manager, is an amazing guy. He was the one who told us to come back the next day for the sunset, and it was an amazing experience. He is so open, and you can have a chat about many different things. He is the right person in the right place. You can tell he got the passion. We will definitely be back next time we come to vlore. Thank you!!!
