We rented a private apartment (Vlora Home). Apartment was almost as advertised but smaller than expected. Host was miserable and on the day we were checking out was almost an hour late. We nearly missed our planned activity because Diamond Hill reception would not accept the key (although when we checked in they asked had a key been left for us - so they obviously do this service. Staff at Diamond Hill were mostly miserable except for one girl that did her best to help us with everything. Another annoyance was that we had to pay €40 to access the pool. Not mentioned in the booking or on ***********. Added nearly 40% to the cost of our stay. Not in the best area and is a little way out from the main area. Some local restaurants but were not that great. I would love to say stay here but I’m afraid it’s one to miss for me.

What e terrible place, I have never been to a place in such unacceptable order! The restaurant staff were charging items that we didn’t order and brought to the table items not ordered. We tried to speak with the reception and they didn’t care, furthermore, their attitudes were horrendous! Our items were missing from the room, we forgot something in the room and came back few minutes later...but apparently no one saw it and no one took it, maybe evaporated! Please DO NOT GO, DO NOT GO!

It was the best resort in the south of Albania, you could easily recognize the importance they give to the cleanness, The family suite was very large, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the water. The staff at the restaurant, at the bar and at the hotel (receptionists and houkeepers) were very nice and well trained. Definitely will come back!!!😍

Very poor, horrible and rude communication from the staff especially reception and finance staff. Totally do not recommend it ! Really below expectations of what they advertise and claim. For sure neither me nor my colleagues will come back to them!

Chambre appartement sur le papier mais pas dans la réalité. Peintures qui s'écaillent dans la salle de bain, pas de chaises, beaucoup de "tape à l'oeil" mais rien ne marche vraiment. Aucun ustensile de cuisine, pas de micro ondes, pas de casserolles, rien pour faire une café ou un thé, 2 foruchettes, 1 couteau, 1 assiette pour deux... et le pire c'est que le personnel s'en fout!!! Nopus avons été "éjectés" de la piscine par un club local qui vient faire ses entrainements dans cette piscine: HONTEUX. Nous avons trouvés des "bestioles" dans le chocolat, les jus de fruits, les cérales... et le personnel ne s'est pas excusé et n'a rien changé... HONTEUX. hôtel à ne pas recommandé!!

Siamo stati in piscina tutta la giornata, ne sono presenti due per adulti e quella esterna e’ dotata di scivolo. Cibo ottimo con pranzo vista mare. Personale gentile. Vi è la possibilità di accedere a spa e massaggi, ma deve prenotarsi prima.

On est arrivé sans réservation et on a attendu à la réception très sombre et un peu glauque que quelqu'un veuille bien arriver pour nous renseigner. La jeune femme ne parlait pas très bien anglais, peu souriante, un peu saoulé de travailler. On nous a donné un appartement au lieu d'une chambre, ils ont voulu bien faire mais alors quelle horreur. On est resté car on voulait une piscine mais c'est tout. Personnel peu accueillant que ce soit au restaurant pour le petit déjeuner, au Kids club ou au spa. A la piscine à 18h tous les gamins du coin sont arrivés en hurlant, c'était le zoo on a dû partir. L'appartement était sombre et sentait le tabac froid, les draps étaient déchirés, du moisi dans la salle de bain. Rien n'allait... n'y allez pas.
