We had a wonderful stay with our family in April 2025. The kids especially loved the playground area – it kept them entertained for hours! The structure was well-maintained, and the panoramic sea view was truly breathtaking. Highly recommended for families

We came back here, and once again, it was a fantastic experience! This resort offers everything you could ask for: breathtaking sea views, a dedicated kids' zone, and even a winter swimming pool – truly something for every season. A special shoutout to Daniel, the young and energetic employee who tirelessly juggled multiple tasks with ease. Big applause for his dedication! 👏🏼 The complex itself features lovely, well-designed suites, a super helpful and friendly staff, and to top it all, the best manager, Mr. Alban, who truly ensures every guest has an exceptional stay. Congratulations to the entire team for maintaining such high standards! We’d definitely recommend this resort to every family looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

We rented a private apartment (Vlora Home). Apartment was almost as advertised but smaller than expected. Host was miserable and on the day we were checking out was almost an hour late. We nearly missed our planned activity because Diamond Hill reception would not accept the key (although when we checked in they asked had a key been left for us - so they obviously do this service. Staff at Diamond Hill were mostly miserable except for one girl that did her best to help us with everything. Another annoyance was that we had to pay €40 to access the pool. Not mentioned in the booking or on ***********. Added nearly 40% to the cost of our stay. Not in the best area and is a little way out from the main area. Some local restaurants but were not that great. I would love to say stay here but I’m afraid it’s one to miss for me.

What e terrible place, I have never been to a place in such unacceptable order! The restaurant staff were charging items that we didn’t order and brought to the table items not ordered. We tried to speak with the reception and they didn’t care, furthermore, their attitudes were horrendous! Our items were missing from the room, we forgot something in the room and came back few minutes later...but apparently no one saw it and no one took it, maybe evaporated! Please DO NOT GO, DO NOT GO!

It was the best resort in the south of Albania, you could easily recognize the importance they give to the cleanness, The family suite was very large, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the water. The staff at the restaurant, at the bar and at the hotel (receptionists and houkeepers) were very nice and well trained. Definitely will come back!!!😍

Very poor, horrible and rude communication from the staff especially reception and finance staff. Totally do not recommend it ! Really below expectations of what they advertise and claim. For sure neither me nor my colleagues will come back to them!

Kei leuk hotel met lekker eten en drinken zeker de hoofdbar open van 10.00 tot 2330 niet vergeten met top kelner cinar en oktay. De beachbar met een lekker frisse pint zeker een aanrader.ik ben geweest met mijn partner en het was geweldig , mss een tip vieg op gazipasa

Assenza totale di professionalità, abbiamo soggiornato per il 31 dicembre 2024, abbiamo una bambina di 2 anni, la cena è iniziata alle 20.30 e alle 22.00 non avevano ancora portato da mangiare alla bambina. Cibo in quantità ridotta, abbiamo chiesto un po' di pane e non lo avevano. Camere vecchie, telecomando della TV non funzionava, la chiave della camera si è smagnetizzata, un solo ascensore sempre occupato . Acqua della piscina fredda, playground per i bambini il giorno 31 pomeriggio era chiuso. La colazione del 01.01.2025 servita sino alle 11.00 ( quando la cena è stata servita sino alle 01.30 di notte). Per chi come noi non era sveglio , il caffè l ho dovuto pagare 1 euro( neanche quello era offerto dopo che 5 persone non avevano usufruito della colazione). Esperienza pessima lo sconsiglio soprattutto agli italiani.

Chambre appartement sur le papier mais pas dans la réalité. Peintures qui s'écaillent dans la salle de bain, pas de chaises, beaucoup de "tape à l'oeil" mais rien ne marche vraiment. Aucun ustensile de cuisine, pas de micro ondes, pas de casserolles, rien pour faire une café ou un thé, 2 foruchettes, 1 couteau, 1 assiette pour deux... et le pire c'est que le personnel s'en fout!!! Nopus avons été "éjectés" de la piscine par un club local qui vient faire ses entrainements dans cette piscine: HONTEUX. Nous avons trouvés des "bestioles" dans le chocolat, les jus de fruits, les cérales... et le personnel ne s'est pas excusé et n'a rien changé... HONTEUX. hôtel à ne pas recommandé!!
