這家酒店位於海參崴Novotel的16和17層，但是辦理入住是在17層，我們去的時候是個小哥哥在負責辦理（其實還有一個小姐姐），全程溝通都非常愉快，而且在我們聽不懂的時候還拿翻譯軟件請幫我們翻譯，兩位前台服務人員都會説簡單的英文，辦理時非常順利，進入房間真的給了我眼前一亮的感覺，寬敞乾淨舒適，設施齊全（有微波爐、電水壺、咖啡機），我們住的房間從屋裡就能看到大海還有城市景觀，是特別理想的一件房屋，而且還每天都會有人打掃，在住的這幾天裏我們都非常的開心。

17樓辦理入住，當天遇到的是一個小哥，會一點點英語，可以做簡單交流，還不錯，入住辦理地很快。房間內設施很齊全，還有咖啡機、微波爐，樓下就是那家非常出名的ZUMA餐廳（價格較貴，注意現金是否充足），旁邊還有日料、中餐廳、便利店，1樓是咖啡廳。

房間面積算當地酒店比較大的，前台很小在17層，和novotel一棟樓。房間衞生和設施都還行，就是床品明顯的舊，中間要求換了一次還是舊。

比較滿意，雖然離開市區有些距離，但是環境衞生都比較好，房間設施整體還可以，比較安全。

酒店在市中心，離海邊也不遠，二樓有個海鮮餐廳，很不錯！房間很乾凈，設施比較新！
