The hotel is a little bit out of town but easy to travel to by bus. Best thing about the hotel is the Italian restaurant at the entrance which is great and the Vietnamese restaurant across the street. The service at reception was very unhelpful for non Russian speakers. Hotel is ok.

房間很糟糕，到處都是灰塵，也沒有人打掃連更換垃圾袋都是得告訴服務員才來 設施非常陳舊，這個酒店是中國老闆，是專門接待中國旅遊團大叔大媽的專坑老年人國人的地方就坑中國人能耐大。床上還有血，很噁心，不知道哪來的血，一看就很長時間了 服務態度惡劣，（俄羅斯服務員）中國老闆經理態度更惡劣 住到一半，還讓我線下加錢屬於違規操作*覺得他家酒店便宜了所以讓我加錢，還説是海參崴最便宜的酒店笑話這是個 旅館告示： 説話聲音大，還罰款盧布3000對待俄羅斯，外國人卻不敢俄羅斯人在房間樓層裏大喊大叫，很大的聲音，也沒有人敢管去作為，典型的窩裡橫也坑中國旅遊來的團 住這家酒店，千萬要注意 還發生過賴住店客人把東西損壞再賠錢的事 讓我線下加錢的事兒，我多次交涉無果後旅店態度一直很惡劣，連一絲不好意思的感覺都沒有，還理直氣壯的坑人，各種推諉明明是中國人負責，還讓我去找俄羅斯人主管（中國人僱用的）利用語言不通給我增加討説法的難度沒人去理我不給加錢就不讓我進房間，我當時因為有事，所以沒時間跟他們扯皮。無奈找到攜程的客服人員，客服，那個男的態度非常好！，也耐心的聽我講完了，明白了過程，很快的就給我了一個滿意的反饋答覆給我很大安慰是攜程給我補的差價，然後攜程與*們 再算賬 簡直***的做法旅店，所以我用這個*** * 然後退房時間到了，我就換了一家酒店。寧願選擇貴的，也不來這家，太垃圾了 不能稱之為酒店，就是個國內三四線城市的火車站旅社 ！中國外國朋友來這裏可一定要注意了免得受氣窩火財產還受損！

我們一家四口人入住，前台小哥給我們辦理的最大的房間，和普通房間價格相同，有餐廳和洗衣機，開超市的大姐給我們換了盧布，前台小哥幫我們訂的餐廳，周到服務，

房間寬敞，床也舒適比較大，裝飾不錯，酒店有中文服務，溝通暢通無阻，衞生也是不錯的！附近有超市，有公交車站，很方便

房間設施太舊了，馬桶水箱沒蓋子，床頭上皮子都脱了，體驗感一般，送孩子上學，找的朋友推薦的店家，真的一般化，以後出行住宿一定先看看別人怎麼評價！定了不能取消，退不了！

Скину фото для реальной оценки. Судя по тому, что я видела, народу не мало в гостинице, ценник скажем так-недешевый. Трудно сделать ремонт и сменить лифт? Коридор ужасно грязный. Девушкам на ресепшионе только плюс, спасибо. А остальное.. полотенца, постельное в номере чистые, но сам номер как и вся гостиница-мягко говоря -уставшие. Смотрите фото и решайте сами. Фото ужасного лифта к сожалению нет.
