Забронировали 04.01.2024 номер Люкс с кухней. Указали время заезда 20:00, на сервисе указано, что предоставляется бесплатная парковка. В итоге, ни парковки, ни номера с кухней, показали обыкновенный стандартный, еще и с недовольным выражение лица, "чего вы типа хотите" . Ужасный сервис, фото на сайте и описание не соответствует действительности. Не рекомендую! Брали отель по отзывам, в итоге отзывы накрученные, не берите ни в коем случае.
