I was looking for a decent inexpensive hotel in the center, I really liked the location, you can see the Golden Bridge and the sea from the window) I didn't take breakfast, I booked an hour before check-in - everything went well. And it's good inside, you usually remember when something is wrong, apparently everything was like that) but I just couldn't stop admiring the view from the window - amazingly beautiful! And the hotel itself is cozy, not a box, you could even feel some kind of historical spirit. And there was a bar nearby, where we had a corporate meeting - I walked there. A very lucky coincidence

Pros: clean, beautiful view of the bridge, pleasant staff. I didn't like the soundproofing and VERY creaky floors. You can hear your neighbors walking around their room and the common corridor. I couldn't get any rest. Plus, the room is a bit cramped.

Клиентоориентированность на «высшем» уровне! За сутки забронировали номер, по семейным обстоятельствам не смогли приехать во Владивосток (иногородние). Позвонили утром в день заезда с просьбой выставить номер забронированный в активное бронирование, если номер забронируют, деньги оплаченные за номер попросили оставить как депозит, так как часто останавливаемся в данном отеле. Администратор категорично отказала в просьбе, предложила самостоятельно отказаться на сайте от бронирования при этом деньги не возвращаются! Всех денег не заработаешь, а человечность должна присутствовать, ситуации бывают разные.
