Приехали на выходные отдохнуть , днем гуляли и не знали что ждет пережить ночью … подоконник стучал всю ночь от ветра , спать было не возможно . Номер расположен на 6 этаже 612 , единственный с такой проблемой как сказал молодой человек на ресепшене , видимо нам повезло . Предложили переселиться но честно говоря уже настроение было испорчено и мы не остались в этом отеле на вторую ночь , средства вернуть даже не предложили и извинений не последовало …

Номер отвратителен и требует капитального ремонта,обои вспусены,поломаны шкафы .В туалете обливаешься потом ,нет вытяжки,не ставят освежитель воздуха.Полотенца плохо поостираны.Был дождь,пришли в номер у нас текло по вытяжке в кухне прямо на электроприборы.При заселении нам дали понять что мы гости не очень важны,так как за место парковки надоотдельно платить.За 7500 это очень плохой отель,мы сюда больше не приедем.

Отель в целом понравился, у нас был номер студия экзекъютив на 4 этаже, немного видно море. Все что обещают на сайте в номере есть- отдельная спальня , кухня с маленьким диванчиком, микроволновкой, электрической плитой на две конфорки, полным набором посуды на 2 персоны. Хотелось бы освежить немного ремонт, но это больше придирки. У отеля есть своя платная парковка на 6 машин, нам за 5 дней путешествия место всегда доставалось. Месторасположение отеля - это его главный плюс для нас, в пешей доступности набережные, музеи, вокзал, центр города, куча кафешек, ресторанчиков. Из- за этого с улицы в нормер могут доносится шумы, особенно в выходные, хотя нам особо это не мешало.

Останавливалась в отеле на 3 ночи. Отличное расположение. Очень приятный, отзывчивый персонал, всегда готовы помочь. Посоветовали и рестораны, где покушать, и магазин, где купить морепродукты домой. Замечательной Жанне отдельная благодарность! Человек абсолютно на своём месте! Никита очень вежливый консьерж, всегда готов помочь. Руководству браво, умеете подбирать персонал! Отель скромный, но расположение и доброта персонала дают огромные бонусы этому проживанию. Всем рекомендую!

Были с туристической группой. Отличное расположение отеля, из окон вид на мост и улицу Фокина. Уютный номер люкс.Особенно понравилось наличие в номере кухни и отдельная спальня с очень удобными кроватями.
