I stayed there together with my friends for three nights in early May and can only confirm all previous excellent reviews. Judging by them, I'd say the hotel notably improved and broadened its service. Firstly, we were granted a free round-the-clock guarded parking in their inner yard. Then, their open buffet breakfast is served in a light and spacious hall and is really copious, diverse and of high quality. Their service was excellent too, whether at the reception desk, during breakfast or as far as chambermaids' work is concerned. Sound insulation in rooms is good as well (to me, the most important feature of any hotel). We didn't try either their spa or their dinners, however. Girls at the reception are beauty pageant queens, holy Moly (the most lethal weapon of Russia!)! And they know and perform their job very well (and speak decent English). Strongly recommended!

Отель хороший, персонал доброжелательный, подруга бронировала одноместный улучшенный номер, но он оказался очень маленького размера, на ресепшен ребята предложили другой вариант для проживания, доплатив за другой предложенный номер, подруга осталась довольна. Месторасположение отличное, все достопримечательности рядом. У мужа был день рождения, от отеля был комплимент, спасибо! Завтраки вкусные, все свежее, выбор хороший. Из минусов-обед в ресторане-очень долго ждали заказанных блюд, блюда принесли мне и подруге, муж еще мин 10 ждал суп, суп принесли, хлеб нет(заказывали), карпаччо из свеклы в описании свекла должна быть запеченная, по факту была отварная,с 12 ч до 15ч действует скидка 20 процентов на меню в ресторане, мы пришли в 14ч, официант посчитал без скидки, когда спросили почему, извинился, сказал что перепутал дни недели(в выходные скидок нет). Еще остался осадок после СПА-записывались заранее на час аква зоны и час массажа, по факту оказалось что массажисты заболели, предложили по 30 мин массажа всем троим по очереди, подруга ушла без массажа, устала ждать. В раздевалке холодно,после саун и душа может хорошо продуть, на ресепшен СПА тоже холодно-открыты окна, так как сотрудникам душно работать 12 ч в подвальном помещении.На сайте цена для проживающих в отеле 700 р час аква зоны, с нас взяли по 1000 , (с апреля подорожание), на день рождения никаких скидок, это тоже минус для отеля 4 звезды с платным бассейном. В целом не считая СПА от отеля остались положительные эмоции, добрая атмосфера, приветливые сотрудники

Останавливались в гостинице два раза, потому, что понравилось. Очень доброжелательный персонал, большая удобная парковка с заездом по улице с односторонним движением. Прекрасное расположение, достопримечательности можно сказать, в шаговой доступности. Номер со всеми удобствами. При гостинице ресторан с хорошей кухней
