my overall all rating is 2 out of 5. Reason being:
- room was not as described in the booking page. - the toilet/bathroom facilities and fittings were not as committed in the booking. The cleanliness was not good. The mirror frame was broken, giving a feeling that it would fall down. A small, broken bucket was provided for bath, which is not supposed to be used for bath. - though the booking was for double occupancy, only one towel was provided. - the linen was not clean. Hair was found on the pillow. - last, but not the least, the tariff charged was surprisingly very strange. Unlike usually done, the check-in time and check-out time total amounts to a stay of only 22 hrs, even less than a full day. This is first time i observed this type of tariff calculation. Otherwise, usually the check-in to check-out time should be at-least 24 hrs. It was totally unjustified and unfair. - i would caution customers to think twice before booking this hotel, though experiences of different customers may be different. - lastly one more important point to be noted is that, the hotel management is treating customers aliens. The services provided and the room provided to me reflects this sort of attitude of the hotel management. The reception team also explicitly mentioned this to me when i was checking in. - overall i wouldn't recommend this hotel.
