Péssimo atendimento, muito mal educados. Funcionários do local conseguiram deixar uma hóspede grávida completamente incomodada no dia do seu casamento. Na recepção sofri tentativa de humilhação por parte dos funcionários. Não recomendo! Existe escolhas muito melhores!

Estivemos hospedados neste alojamento, um grupo de amigos, para um casamento que se ia realizar em Vizela e optámos por aproveitar o fim de semana e reservar três noites. A Casa das Carpas é lindíssima, com jardins muito bem cuidados, os quartos são muito confortáveis, a piscina exterior é aquecida e o ambiente é muito acolhedor. O pequeno almoço é fantástico e bastante completo para um alojamento local. Os colaboradores da quinta foram incríveis connosco, sempre muito atenciosos e preocupados com as nossas necessidades. Foi uma ótima experiência que superou as nossas expectativas. Muito obrigada por nos terem acolhido tão bem :)
