We stayed at this hotel for 1 night and had a mixed experience. On one hand, the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the early morning staff available for guests needing to leave early. I have read about the hotel beforehand and it seemed like the place was popular with both locals and tourists, which made me optimistic about our stay. The hotel is budget-friendly but you definitely get what you pay for. The rooms feel quite dated and could use some updates. We stayed on a Saturday night and there was a lot of noise from the downstairs dining area which lasted until late into the night. We could hear chairs scraping and constant foot traffic, which made it difficult to sleep, especially with an early morning ahead. Overall, while the staff was helpful and the price was right, the noise is a downside

En general no ha estado mal la experiencia. El personal muy amable, la habitación limpia con alguna pega( no había lámparas de mesilla, enchufes insuficientes, limpieza del baño regular y falta de perchas para las toallas), desayuno justito

Nos hemos parado en este restaurante, recomendado por un señor de un parking de Santillana del Mar. Vaya sorpresa: un menu muy bien pensado, con una elección de platos muy variados. Otra sorpresa: la cantidad y la gran calidad de cada plato...... Y por terminar, un precio increible: 15€ todo incluido con vino joven, agua y postres sorprndentes. Felicitaciones para el equipo muy bueno, atento y con mucha profesionalidad. Volveremos y aconsejamos a todos ir a probar. Gracias.

La primera impresión que tienes al entrar es que está muy anticuado pero las habitaciones estaban muy bien.El baño contaba con secador,bañera...La habitación no tenía balcón, tenía televisión y armario para guardar la ropa y las camas y almohadas eran muy cómodas.El personal era muy amable y atento.El inconveniente es que la comida estaba normal.

Una comida de lujo y un servicio inmejorable. Un menú de primero piriñaca segundos lacón postre 15 € espectacular. La calidad inmejorable el servicio muy bueno. Montaje con mantel de tela y servilletas tela. Un consejo de una pareja que estuvimos comiendo

Hemos llegado sin reserva para comer y nos han atendido sin problema. La comida está buena, bastante cantidad y bien de precio. Como nota negativa diría que he ido al baño y la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia. Pero estába a tope de gente así que algo normal

Hotel bien ubicado para visitar toda Cantabria, muy cercano a puntos de interés y Autovías...el hotel cuenta con un Restaurante bastante aceptable de calidad y precio, y una cafetería en la que poder tomar unas tapas o meriendas, las habitaciones son aceptables pero muy calurosas en verano con temperaturas altas, pues no dispone de aíre acondicionado, y algo que incómoda sobretodo si quieres abrir las ventanas, pues el ruido de los vehículos de la carretera se hace notar, así como los humos de tabaco de las personas que están en la terraza de cafetería. Todo el personal del hotel me resultó amables y serviciales. El hotel cuenta con tres estrellas, pero en mi opinión con unos cambios sencillos decorativos y alguna mínima inversión de acceso de puertas, un servicio de alquiler de bicicletas, así como un uniforme regular del personal , daría un salto de calidad que seguro agradecerán todos los clientes.
