Functional hotel, large room with street view, right in the centre of town. Outdoor parking at 2 min from the hotel. Very pleasant stop.

The heating did not work in my room and I had to change rooms which took so long time that I missed the plans I had that evening.

Last minute booking. Nice surprise. Great room . Super bed, lovely shower room. Good air conditioning. Handy for the park and spa. Decent continental breakfast. No restaurant so we ate in the park one evening which I would definitely recommend and the town spa is excellent. Parking was fine but not sure how secure although it seems a safe town. The tourist information was great.

I strongly recommend this hotel! Our rooms were big and clean, with nice and modern bathrooms. The bed was super comfortable and the receptionists very kind! Breakfast is a bit expensive but very good.

Close to the thermal baths, practical and relaxing, all the staff had been friendly, the cleaning was impeccable, large room and beautiful bathroom, excellent value for money, we enjoyed everything, thank you and see you soon

The hotel is in a great location to explore Vittel. It is right on the edge le Parc Thermal. Should you be travelling with dogs, the hotel is dog-friendly and the proximity of the park makes it particularly convenient. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and very well-designed, with lots of storage space. The bathroom was also well-designed. As we say in English, there was certainly enough room to swing a cat, not that a cat would ever want to share a room with our dogs.

Séjourné 3-4 nuits dans cet hôtel un peu vieillissant à mon sens, mais comme quasiment tous les hôtel sur vittel. Un programme de rénovation de plusieurs hôtel est prévu.... mais pour quand ?

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Kurpark, ist gut anzufahren und verfügt auf der Rückseite über ausreichend Parkplätze. Wenn man das Hotel betritt, weiß man zunächst nicht, wo man hin soll. Die Rezeption ist nämlich auf der 1. Etage. Rezeption und Frühstücksecke gehen quasi ineinander über. Das Frühstück entspricht dem üblichen Mercure-Standard. Die Zimmer waren ruhig und sauber und die Betten bequem.

avant de marquer une date pour une cure je le suis rendu sur place pour mieux me rendre compte de l'environnement. Quelle déception par rapport aux photos de l'extérieur du moins. Les plantations ne sont pas entretenues, les volets en bois sont écaillés à l'arrière, des maisons à l'abandon dans la rue à côté, même un kebab à droite du bâtiment, visiblement une maintenance des lieux réduite au minimum. J'ai voulu aller voir à la réception pour discuter des possibilités pour une cure. Portes fermées un samedi à 13:00, fallait sonner pour appeler quelqu'un. Je suis remonté dans ma voiture et suis retourné. Trop le bourdon !!!
