PROS.
Excellent hotel. Located next to the bus stop, grocery store and bakery nearby.
Clean, everything is new, the kitchen is good, there are dishes, cutlery, stove. The staff is good. There is an inner courtyard where you can sit in silence, admiring the koala.
There is a cat, but you can't touch it.
CONS.
Very loud. There is no soundproofing at all.

The wifi doesn't work very well. I thought it was because it's on the 3rd floor, but I'm not sure!
Other than that, the boiler works well, so it gets warm quickly, hot water comes out well, and the bed is comfortable.
The view from the window is new every day, which is nice.
It's not very close to Paris, but you can get there by taking a bus right in front and changing trains. It's easy to get around, and there are delicious restaurants and bakeries nearby, and a mart is right in front, so it's very convenient.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Paris.

The sound insulation is poor and it is relatively remote. To go to the city center, you have to take the bus first and then the subway. There are very few pedestrians on the road after 9 pm, so be careful.
