Myself, my husband and my 3 children stayed for one night on the way down to the south coast. It was lovely, with a lovely pool. The room was nice and comfortable and spacious and the hospitality was lovely.

This property looks nicer on the ******* listing, as it is a business during the day. We stayed on the third floor of the Chateau on a 90 degree day with only a small fan.

We paid for a room with pool view and private bathroom but got a tiny room with toilet and bath in the bedroom. No ventilation in toilet. No hanging space for clothes. No sockets to charge phones. Breakfast good with fresh oranges. Never again

This hotel is nice.All of the staff are very friendly and breakfast was ok.However,things around and the room let it down.Around the pool there was a dirty glass that was just left on the table for the whole stay and a fridge freezer left dumped on the terrace.The chair cushions had obviously even left out and there were bird droppings on many of them. The room, camomile room was very quaint but it didnt look like it had been dusted for 2 years thick dust everywhere and the sheets although clean were very crumpled and never looked like they had been ironed and the pillows although clean were very flat ,lumpy and uncomfortable and I sat on the chair in the room and it practically collapsed from under me.This is very central for everything and there is plenty of parking outside.However, the things stated above did let it down which is a shame for a centrally located building that has everything, swimming pool,a bit of a gym,hot tub and very friendly ,helpful,polite and friendly staff.Such a shame the room let it down
