We needed to stay a night on the long trip from Paris to shores of Britanny and by chance reserved here and we're enjoyed the location, allowing to easily walk around this beautiful place. The location is excellent, room was nice and also breakfast. The only issue is the location of the parking, and the steps leading to it

The bedroom was lovely and clean, disappointing in parts. The lovely walk-in shower had the original curtain rail & hooks still on the ceiling, no where to hang your towel. The shower head was mounted in a bizarre place, a rainfall head would have been perfect. The bedroom, repairs had been made on the wall and finished badly. Also we expected a Nespresso coffe machine and pods, as was on the amenities list. Instead we just had a kettle two sachets of coffee, two decaf coffee and 4 T bags along with two paper cups! Had we wanted two drinks were we to wash the paper cups?! We had a feeling there was not going to be a fridge in the room but it certainly would have improved things, we drank our coffee and our warm wine in the glasses provided in the bathroom. Had we not had a nice sleep we would have been very disappointed. The staff were friendly. The hotel has a 'restaurant', Food served in jars that have to be microwaved!! No thanks.

Very small Spa area with constantly cold sauna and small swimming pool. Hotel has different style of restaurant serving Cold Food only, no hot meals for lunch or dinner. Hotel located next to busy street, so noisy if the window open. Not good value for money.

Stayed just one night here on the start of our motorbike tour of France. ( cobbled street outside, a bit tricky and on a slant but manageable. Can unload bike and then park across the street or down the side of the hotel after 6 and leave before 9am)) Lovely hotel, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and modern and cool. Lovely terrace up high to enjoy drinks. Didn't eat here but the food with a modern twist seems to be served in a variety of glass jars. Breakfast was good and continental substantial. Would definitely make this a stop off point again.

Nous ne nous sommes arrêtés qu'une nuit, cependant, il s'agit d'un très bel hôtel, une literie extra et un petit déjeuner très copieux, un accueil parfait, un espace détente tranquille. une très bonne etape. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Étant vitréens depuis bientôt 1 an nous voulions découvrir cet établissement en nous offrant une petite parenthèse à domicile. Nous ne sommes absolument pas déçus. Le staff est souriant et accueillant, l'ambiance qui se dégage de cet établissement est particulière et la décoration est singulière et de bon goût. Notre chambre était fonctionnelle avec une très bonne literie. Nous avons pu profiter de l'espace spa avec la piscine intérieure ainsi que le sauna en acces libre (port du bonnet de bain obligatoire). Cet espace est superbe et très peu de monde si bien que nous avions la sensation d'avoir ce lieu rien que pour nous. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et qualitatif avec viennoiseries et produits locaux. Enfin un gros plus également pour la situation de cet hôtel en plein cœur du centre ville, proche de la gare, de nombreux restaurants et à deux pas du château. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Localisation intéressante à l entrée de la vielle ville. Facile pour les visites . parking privé à quelques pas de l hôtel . Personnel au top, infrastructures agréables , chambres propres et spacieuses. Petit déjeuné buffet en salle où en terrasse

Super hôtel ! Super bien situé ! Avec toutes les commodités. Un petit manque d’information sur le site internet concernant les possibilités de parking… Personnel accueillant et chaleureux. Nous avons bénéficié d’une promotion mais à aucun moment on nous l’a fait sentir. Petit déjeuner très bien. Attention aux options comme les peignoirs et les chaussons. Il faut bien lire avant de réserver. Nous en avons eu et rien à redire ! Rien à redire non plus coté propreté. Peux être que certaines personnes devraient prendre plus soin des lieux plutôt que de mettre en cause le personnel… c’est tellement plus facile. Sinon prenez garde aux heures pour déjeuner ou dîner, Vitré est une petite ville et les commerces ferment dans l’après midi et assez tôt le soir… Il y a la brasserie non loin de la gare qui est très bien et sert 7j/7 jusqu’à 23h. Mais la ville en vaut la peine ! La municipalité l’entretien très bien et met en valeur son patrimoine ! Bravo ! Continuez ainsi ! C’est un véritable joyaux !

Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Jolies chambres récentes, piscine couverte, spa et salle de cardio-fitness. Formule déjeuner ou dîner originale avec choix de repas en bocaux réalisés par un chef étoilé á leur demande. Petit-déjeuner excellent avec produits locaux frais. Equipe adorable du soir comme du matin . En fait zéro défaut ! Juste: attention le parking est en extérieur et á proximité de l’hôtel.
