The hotel is OK, it has everything a 5-star hotel has, good linen which is really important, the beds are comfortable to sleep, good noise protection, clean areas. The pics on their web correspond 100% to the rooms. But we would especially like to point out the reception staff, including ”jefe de recepción”, which helped us a lot and did everything possible so that our stay would be comfortable and smooth. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Very comfortable structure with panoramic internal lift, clean mainly in common areas. Large rooms, comfortable bed, wide shower and very functional washing area. Discreet breakfast, improved in exposure and quality. Good restaurant for dinner. Negative aspects: absence of small cups for coffee, bathroom kits with empty packs, hair in bed

Fancy, clean and modern but no gym and no coffee machine in the rooms. Also, I take issue with a gin & tonic costing almost 20% of the price of the room (€14.5 vs €80.75). Good beds and pillows. Helpful staff. Nice location. Could not reserve a parking spot, kinda stressful with our loaded car. Overall a good stay but some small improvements (equipment & policies) would take it to a 5*.

This hotel was nice and clean, with pleasant and professional staff working at the front desk. It was especially helpful to have multilingual clerks to help us when our Spanish wasn't good enough. We enjoyed the option to have drinks at the hotel bar. The convenience of the restaurant across the parking lot was such a blessing for us. The food was delicious, and the service was efficient and quick.
