The hotel is OK, it has everything a 5-star hotel has, good linen which is really important, the beds are comfortable to sleep, good noise protection, clean areas. The pics on their web correspond 100% to the rooms. But we would especially like to point out the reception staff, including "jefe de recepción", which helped us a lot and did everything possible so that our stay would be comfortable and smooth. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Terrible service! The food was good but the service was disgraceful! The waiter who served us was disrespectful and u kind. This was a special celebration for my family and was totally ruined by their poor service. Once raíces to the management she did not bothered to listen, never mind apologise. Never again!

Terrible restaurant quality (78€ Christmas menu; water and wine already opened on the table before sitting down; main courses and desserts are defrosted). Terrible service (35 minutes wait for a watery, cold coffee). Shameful 5* hotel. Not recommended.

It is a 3 star hotel in every sense: quality of service, facilities and staff. Old-fashioned, not overly comfortable and not even the smallest detail that indicates that it is a 5 star. For example, our room had a kitchen, and there was not even a sad packet of sugar or salt. The spa and sauna are very small, with a couple of couples already full. And the relaxing massage was more like a few caresses with oil. We did not expect a chiropractic massage, but neither was it something so simple. At all hours you find the corridors full of cleaning carts, and the atmosphere in general is quite depressing. I would not recommend it at all, if what you are looking for is a 5 star and relaxation.

For years I have been a regular customer of the cafeteria of this hotel due to its location, next to the entrance from Bilbao. The deterioration of the service in the cafeteria has been gradual and constant in recent years, reaching levels that make me not return... I would never go back to this hotel. Terrible treatment from the concierge staff, some waitresses very despotic. The breakfast was poor and the coffee was terrible, so much so that we went to a nearby bar even though we had paid for it. Location, on the outskirts, very far from the center. I think there are better options. The services do not correspond to a 5 star hotel, not even 4. I will never go back.
