Check in was good. Friendly staff and very helpful, especially the young woman with the long dark hair, who worked the later shift during our stay. The room was very clean, but a bit small. Good location.

The hotel is situated quite close to the old town and easy to walk to all the bars and restaurants. However it has no parking and we had to park our car hundreds of metres away- which made it awkward. It does not have a restaurant- and for breakfast they bring a very limited meal to your room in a plastic tray-

Sinceramente, solo tiene ubicación. Habitaciones incómodas, teníamos tres camas en una habitación doble y apenas podíamos movernos. El baño también incómodo, no podías moverte en él y con falta de comodidades hasta para salir de la ducha. El desayuno, de los peores que he vivido, los zumos de brik, el café malo y la fruta nada fresca. Lo peor es el precio, 100€ por noche cuando el NH de Vitoria sale apenas por 20€ más Para no volver

Venus passé une nuit en famille, nous avions une grande chambre spacieuse.. Malheureusement la literie est pas du tout confortable , et la salle de bain vétuste ! Pour une nuit ça passe … mais pas plus ! En revanche , très bon accueil des réceptionnistes, et bonnes explications en français. Emplacement idéal très proche du centre Parking de l’hôtel avec quelques places facturé 15€/j .

Es un hotel que está bien situado entre la estación de tren y el centro, todo a muy poca distancia. El personal atento y normas covid correctas. Las habitaciones un poco pequeñas, aunque limpias y correctas. El baño de nuestro habitación algo pequeño e incómodo, aunque limpio es verdad que la zona de azulejos de la ducha estaba más descuidada y daba sensación de suciedas. El hotel en general necesita bastante mas mantenimiento, limpieza, pintura, orden.... Aceptable para un par de noches máximo. No me parece la calidad que se espera de un 3 🌟. Por el precio-calidad que ofrecen es muy caro. Yo solo volvería si adecuan el precio a la calidad ofrecida.

Hotel recomendable, en el centro pero en zona no ruidosa, bien insonorizado. A parte de todos lo protocolos habituales, dan un pequeño bote de hidrogel y una mascarilla a cada huesped. El desayuno lo llevan a la habitación.

Una cosa es que el edificio sea antiguo y otra que esté sucio y descuidado. El cuarto de baño sucio y con pelos el soporte de la ducha roto no te podías duchar y tampoco bañar ya que no había tapón .el toallero suelto. La monodosis que te dejan en la habitación de gel hidro alcohólico vacía. Manchas en las paredes y el mobiliario. Estábamos en un altillo con contraventanas que no se podían cerrar pues estaban rotas. Pelos en la cama. Gema.

Hotel viejo y muy mal mantenido. Recepción diminuta. Mi habitación no se correspondía en nada con las fotos de internet, tan solo el panel fotográfico con temática de jazz permitía reconocer mínimamente la habitación en las fotos publicadas. Entiendo que hay categorías de habitación, la nuestra era una triple, supongo que standard aunque bookings no especifica nada más..las fotos de internet deben ser de habitaciones superiores renovadas.. así que ojo con eso.. en la que estuvimos, todo gritaba una renovación: armarios desconchados, iluminación escasa, vistas a una pared, televisión diminuta con descodificador del año de la polca que no funciona.. baño enano, suelo mal mantenido... Como punto positivo la limpieza, buenas toallas y la ubicación. Personal amable, aunque a 170€ la triple por una noche en un sábado de abril sin desayuno, debe haber alguna opción mejor que justifique el precio, Quizás a menos de 100 puede ser una opción a colorar..

La chambre ne ressemble pas du tout à la photo.
La chambre est minuscule et la porte de la salle de bain se ferme avec difficulté en forçant avec les 2 mains, pareil pour l’ouvrir.
Les rideaux des fenêtres sont trop court…
Les draps, oreillers et couvertures étaient un peu sales… avec des cheveux.
Les chambres ne sont pas bien isolés, c’est une construction ancienne. Le bruit du parquet est insupportable, on entend tout des chambres à côté, et on entend également des personnes marcher dans le couloir ou les autres étages jusqu’à tard le soir et assez tôt le matin, comme si la même personne faisait les 100 pas, mais c’est sûrement un bruit produit par toutes les personnes occupants l’hôtel.
Le chauffage est trop chaud, mais j’ai compris pourquoi…, je n’ai pas changé de le réglage du thermostat et pendant la nuit il faisait froid… je pense qu’il y a des problèmes d’isolation.
Concernant le petit déjeuner, il vaut mieux manger dehors… il n’y a pas grand chose et la qualité n’est pas au rendez-vous.
