Very nice bedroom with exceptional linen. But for €140 a night I expect reliable Wi-Fi - I had some work to do and left after only one night (I’d booked two) as there was no chance I’d get anything done. A wedding outside my window didn’t help - it would have been all right if I’d been on the other side of the hotel but the rooms were all taken. The minibar is just a fridge. Although they say on their website that the hotel is near the town centre, it is not - it is situated in an uninspiring setting 45 minutes walk from the town centre but there is a bus.

We were eating the menu of the day and it wasn't bad but we found it a little short in terms of dishes to choose from. The artichokes with ham are good but the sauce is too liquid. The hors d'oeuvres, very basic. The grilled salmon, overcooked and the tripe very good. The delicious bread and the fast service.

The hotel is well maintained, but the bed was very uncomfortable, there was a lot of dust, perhaps coming from the air conditioning, and I woke up with my eyes swollen from allergies. The curtains don't close properly and as soon as the sun comes up, we wake up, which is a problem especially in summer. The rooms have a serious problem with a lack of sound insulation and you can hear doors slamming, the maid's vacuum cleaner, suitcase wheels and the cleaning cart passing by all the time. Finally, the restaurant is very expensive and the food is nothing special. Lettuce leaves, tomato, canned asparagus and canned tuna for 12.50 euros. Very attentive staff and clean bathrooms. Only positive aspects.

Everything was perfect, the workers were super nice and close, the facilities were very good and very quiet (it's what we were looking for). It has very good communication with the center of Vitoria, both on foot and by transport that stops at the door.

We decided to celebrate our son's baptism in the restaurant of this hotel, a family hotel with close and very professional treatment. The restaurant staff, more specifically Carlos, is super attentive, they adapt to the requests you make and the treatment is excellent. It should be noted that all the food was spectacular, all the family members were delighted and praised the food, everything was delicious and the lamb was impressive. Thanks to the entire team for making that special day a unique experience. I would recommend this restaurant whether you go as a couple or as a family or for important celebrations, it never disappoints.
