Just stayed for one night between cities in a lengthy business trip. Room was clean, comfortable and functional, though small and the choice of colours a bit drab. Good wifi, friendly and helpful staff. The location was a bit iffy - Vitoria has areas with more charm, and at night I discovered this is very close to the street where everyone goes to stand outside and drink - not so close that I could hear it, but I went out in the evening for supper and the atmosphere outside was a bit off-putting.

Muy bien situado. Hotel de su categoría. Cómodo y limpio. Personal muy amable aunque el cheking es por cajero. Bastante tranquilo. Buen precio. Situado junto al casco antigua de Vitoria cerca de los bares y restaurantes. Aconsejable para ir con amigos

Le seul hôtel idéalement situé pour visite de la ville historique.Accueil sympathique même si le check-in est annoncé par borne électronique.Chambre petite mais confortable et moderne.Pas de parking mais garage sous-terrain proche et cafetaria La Baraina pour petit dej (pas prévu)sur la Place du musée d'arts modernes.Ascenseur.Restaurant italien très branché Angelo di Trastevere au coin vers la vieille ville,très bruyante et peu frequentable le soir...

Hola, Hemos estado 8 amigas hospedadas y todas encantadas. Trato de 10 y habitaciones silenciosas, bien decoradas y lenceria estupenda. Habitaciones amplias y comodas. Muy limpio todo. El baño estupendo. Buena ubicacion. Gran descubrimiento. Totalmente recomendable. Volveremos sin dudarlo.

En el centro de Vitoria cercano a la catedral y a la zona de tapas. Muy cómodo para un fin de semana. El desayuno no es caro, pero no tienen restaurante es un espacio pequeño con cuatro mesas y poca variedad. Hay cafeterías cerca mucho mejores. La recepcionista muy amable, nos facilitó todo. No hay recepción de noche, entras con una tarjeta. El problema es que por la noche alguien empezó a dar golpes y montar juerga y como no hay recepción no te puedes quejar.

Hotel semplice, senza fronzoli. Stanza funzionale e pulita. Per puro caso siamo arrivati quando alla reception c'era qualcuno: la registrazione infatti ed il relativo pagamento, con la presentazione dei documenti, viene fatta in autonomia ad un totem esterno alla struttura. Parcheggio non in loco, ma vicino, a pagamento. Trovandosi su una via di passaggio che porta al centro, pieno di locali, ci è capitato di svegliarci per via degli schiamazzi notturni: però questo dipende dalla gente e in minima parte dalla insonorizzazione. Non abbiamo fatto colazione nella struttura, perchè il locale adibito era deserto e poco invitante.
