Wow — what an unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect: the charm of the historic building, the comfort of the rooms, the fantastic breakfast, and above all the extraordinary hosts. Their attention to detail and warm, proactive hospitality turned our stay into something truly special. This boutique hotel is a rare gem. We left with big smiles and already want to return. Highly, highly recommended!

We stayed in this wonderful B$B for 2 nights. The rooms are quite clean, comfortable with everything you need available in the rooms. It is in an excellent central location, walking distance to all important places to visit as well as restaurants and shopping stores. Rosanna and her team go above and beyond to make sure you feel like home. Breakfast is so classy with excellent selections. Free Parking spot is available in front of the building. Highly recommend this B&B. Thanks a lot to Rosanna for being such an amazing host.

This was one of the best experience we had , not only because of the location , the place is magical , the treatment so human and friendly . It is beautiful and clean ! The style , the colors ! Everything is done to make you feel comfortable and with peace . Thank you to Rossana, incredible !

A truly wonderful six night stay with B&B Dei Papi in Viterbo. Our hosts, Rosanna and Antonio were gracious and attentive. Getting us top quality guides and drivers so we could venture out to experience the region's highlights. The hotel is in a renovated 13th century building on a quiet street in the heart of Viterbo's medieval city center. Easy walking to restaurants and shops. Our room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ordered the night before and brought up to our private dining area. Rosanna is an accomplished artist and her works as well as other local artists are everywhere. Antonnio is an art historian and researcher who has written and collaborated on many books. While my wife speaks Italian fairly well they both can communicate in English and other languages. Viterbo is not a "tourist" town but you can get the feel of local life in a friendly environment. There are many interesting places to visit within an hours drive and it is only about 90 minutes from Rome. We travel in Italy often and this is a special place to stay for a different experience.
