Wir sind für 3 Nächte eingecheckt. Der ”Check in” war unkompliziert, dennoch merkwürdig. Es war sehr unpersöhnlich, da niemand vor Ort war. Erst durch ein Telefonat wurde uns gesagt, wo wir die Zimmerschlüssel vorfinden. Der erste Eindruck vom Zimmer hinsichtlich der Größe, war positiv. Allerdings mussten wir feststellen, das im Badezimmer offensichtlich auf einer Ablage im unteren Bereich, fremde Haare des längeren schon lagen und Spinnenwebe nicht entfernt wurden. Dazu kam, ein schmutziges Handtuch. Wir sind ja nicht pingelig, aber das war so offensichtlich, daß man das hätte bemerken müssen.! Zum Frühstück: Am 01.06.23 waren wir um 09:25 Uhr bei Tisch. Es war alles zufriedenstellend. Die Auswahl war für den Preis überraschend gut. Es gab sogar 3 verschiedene Brötchensorten. Am 02.06.23 kamen wir um 09:15 Uhr zum Frühstück ( Frühstückszeit ist übrigens von 08:00-10:00 Uhr) & wurden enttäuscht.! Es waren angeblich keine Brötchen mehr vorhanden an diesem Morgen. Das Buffet war augenscheinlich etwas mager, auf Anfrage nach Brötchen, Tomate & Gurke sagte die Kollegin, die uns am Vortag schon bedient hatte, laut eigener. Aussage, ”es gäbe keine Brötchen mehr” und wer so spät kommen würde, bekäme nicht mehr alles. Wir fanden ihre Art und Weise, uns gegenüber unangemessen, da sie doch zu jedem Zeitpunkt gewährleisten müsste, das die gleichen Vorraussetzungen herrschen, wie an jedem anderen Tag.! Zudem wir ja um 09:15 Uhr mit dem Frühstück beginnen wollten. Auf Anfrage, noch nach Kaffe von 2 weiteren Gästen, kochte sie gleich 2 Kannen. ( Eine hatte uns vieren völlig ausgereicht) Am 03. Frühstückstag um 08:30 Uhr wurden wir darauf hingewiesen, das unser Kaffeekonsum uns extra in Rechnung gestellt werden müsste und das wir zuviel essen würden. Unsere Entsetzung stand uns im Gesicht geschrieben(Zumal sind wir normale Esser, jeder 2 Brötchen und 2 Kaffee).Wir dachten, das ist ja wohl ein schlechter Scherz.! Die Bedienung hat wohl ihren Beruf verfehlt und ist fernab von einem Dienstleistungsgedanken. Wem es nicht liegt, auf die Wünsche der Gäste einzugehen ( wobei es ja möglich gewesen wäre) muss es ja offensichtlich gleichgültig sein, wenn man nicht wiederkommt.! Vom Hören und Sagen, gab es vor einiger Zeit, einen Besitzerwechsel. Die neuen Eigentümer scheinen kein Interesse daran zu haben, das dem Gast eine gewisse Servicequalität gewährleistet wird. Das finden wir sehr zu bedauern. Es scheint nur Mittel zum Zweck, um Geld zu verdienen, zu sein. Ein großes Lob, geht an dieser Stelle, an der Reinigungsdame ”Karin” , die als einzigste sich mit uns auf Deutsch unterhalten konnte. Wir haben uns bei ihr gut angenommen und wohl gefühlt. Sie schien für uns, die gute Seele des Hauses zu sein. Unser Fazit ist, für die Durchreise kann man es machen, aber wer Zufriedenheit/ Qualität sucht, sollte hier nicht zuviel erwarten.!

We travelled as a family of 4 with 2 teenage children, and now when we book we always make sure we are booking a room with either 2 single beds for the children or 2 separate rooms. Here we booked what we believed to be a family room with a double bed and two single beds so was rather disappointed to find a double bed and a double sofa bed,. After reviewing our booking we went back to reception and luckily there was an adjoining twin room available. The rooms were fairly dated and the bed was a foam style mattress which i found to be far to soft for my liking but the rest of the family thought was comfortable. The room wasn't the cleanest and a bit dusty on the shelf behind the sofa bed, but the bedding was clean. The bathroom was a lot more modern and had a good shower. Breakfast which would normally be a buffet was delivered to the table and was fairly good for a smaller hotel. We also ate in the restaurant in the evening which whilst wasn't anything special was enjoyable enough.
