Hotel Villa dei Fiori - Sul Mare Con Piscina

Extremely friendly, helpful and understanding staff, BUT... POOR CLEANING: each of the two rooms used by the group, both upon arrival and in the morning after cleaning, were DIRTY. - When cleaning the toilets with water, there were residues of black dirt on the cloth - We found hair (not ours) and lint between the sheets and under the pillow - Stains and hair on the floor and in the freshly changed towels - There is no bidet , and the shower has large cracks from which water leaks - The soap dispenser has always been empty - At the restaurant, the tablecloth was stained with a drink spilled the night before - The hydromassage was never made usable due to rain (but not continuous) Sad MEALS , canteen and repetitive: - Always dishes based on pasta, potatoes, beans, cold cuts (e.g. second course of ham and mozzarella), meat and RARELY fish (sad, being at the seaside) - Breakfast to forget!!! Only stale croissants and coffee/burnt cap of the machine + Positive note: possibility of choosing outside the menu, asking for an encore and good dessert OTHER - Room keys often left unattended without checking who takes them - The air conditioning does not work - Room small, definitely different from the photos + A few minutes from the beach + Extremely helpful staff

Very nice family-run hotel, clean rooms and bathroom, comfortable mattresses, excellent meals, perhaps the breakfast is a little sparse but there is the essentials such as juices and cappuccino, savory and sweet things, very kind staff, there is also a small swimming pool, it is located near the 43 bathrooms with where there is an agreement, it's a five-minute walk in the evening in the room near the reception and at the internal bar there is a piano that anyone can play, in short, in general, excellent opinion

Ich war jetzt zum sechten Mal in diesem Hotel und musste leider feststellen, dass es abbaut. Das Haus ist 80 Jahre alt und wird seit einigen Jahren mehr schlecht als recht instandgehalten. Krönung war, dass ich bei der aktuellen Hitzwelle zwei Nächte lang über 30°C in meinem Zimmer hatte, weil die Klimaanlage anscheinend seit langem nicht mehr gewartet wurde und für das ganze Haus ihren Geist aufgab. Wie ich da (nicht) geschlafen habe, kann man sich vorstellen, eine adäquate Entschädigung wurde mir zwar von einem ihrer Mitarbeiter zugesagt, von der Chefin selbst aber abgelehnt. Auch die tägliche Pool-Reinigung wurde trotz der heißen Temperaturen eingespart und Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen gibt es seit Jahren nicht mehr. Das Einzige, was nach wie vor sehr gut ist, ist das Essen, echte italienische Küche. Allerdings funktioniert der Restaurant-Bereich nur richtig, wenn Angelo im Dienst ist, die anderen Mitarbeiter glänzen eher durch Inkompetenz. Mein Fazit: leider werde ich dieses früher so nette Hotel nicht mehr für meine Urlaube buchen.

frutta quasi sempre assente ai pasti, scarso assortimento nei buffet, poca pulizia nelle camere, minerale ai pasti con il contagocce

Ho soggiornato con la mia squadra di pallavolo per le finali nazionali in questa struttura per quattro giorni. L'hotel è carino, vicino al mare, le camere abbastanza spaziose e pulite. Il personale molto gentile. C'è la piscina, una vasca idromassaggio e un ping pong. Cosa veramente negativa è la cucina. Sia a pranzo che a cena quasi sempre la stessa scelta...pasta in bianco o pasta in rosso. Come secondo sempre e solo carne...mai pesce (scandaloso essendo al mare)...frutta inesistente (sempre e solo mele)... Di contorno solo patate (tagliate grossissime) e fagioli!!!!.... Gli altri anni negli hotel dove siamo stati sempre con la pallavolo, sia a pranzo che a cena c'era molta scelta e pesce come alternativa alla carne... Peccato, perché la cucina fa perdere due stelle all'hotel....
