I traveled with my teenage daughter throughout Italy, stayed mostly in four starts hotels and found the Riviera Mare to be the best hotel., why? It was not pretentious, it was clean, it served the most AMAZING food (best pasta allo scoglio, wine, and escargot I ever had) , BEST wi-fi in Italy, friendly and welcoming people at the reception. I strongly recommend your visit.

Il Riviera Mare Hotel è una vera delusione. Il servizio è pessimo e il personale sembra non preoccuparsi minimamente degli ospiti. L'arredamento è vecchio e fuori moda, mentre il bagno è semplicemente disgustoso: sporco, con sanitari obsoleti e incrostati di calcare. L'intera struttura è umida e emana un odore sgradevole. Un'esperienza terribile che non auguro a nessuno. 😤🚫Ahi, sembra davvero un disastro completo. Niente di peggio che una cena deludente. Direi che il Riviera Mare ha decisamente bisogno di un ripensamento. Fortunatamente, ci sono molti altri posti dove puoi trascorrere un soggiorno migliore. Dove ti piacerebbe andare la prossima volta

Las habitaciones y el baño muy chicas, en general las fotos daban otra impresión. El colchón muy duro. Olvidé el cargador de mi teléfono y escribí pidiendo si podían enviarlo por correo, leyeron el mensaje y nunca me contestaron. Lo único positivo que puedo decir es que el personal fue amable.

Stanza fatiscente e piccola, bagno minuscolo senza bidet e senza finestra, asciugacapelli fissato a mura con presa penzolante ma senza possibilità di attaccarla alla corrente, serratura automatica funzionante a singhiozzo. Tutto a più di 130 Euro a notte.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Hotel praticamente sul mare! Esci dalla sala colazione e sei in spiaggia. Il top come posizione. Lo consiglio per un soggiorno spensierato. Ottimo il servizio navetta, disponibile nell'hotel. Colazione alla carta, buona e abbondante

Ottima posizione nella riviera di Viserba e camera con vista mare dotata di tutto il necessario. Due giorni con gli amici trascorsi veramente bene. Personale gentile, in particolare Christopher che é stato molto competente e disponibile. Se dovessi tornare nella zona di Rimini, sicuramente valuterei nuovamente questo hotel.

Le pensioni sono molto più dignitose, questo hotel è terrificante. Reception disordinata e gestita da incompetenti. La stanza assegnata era una ciminiera, una puzza di fumo che non sentivamo dagli anni '90 quando ancora si fumava nei locali. Dopo nostra lamentela, ci cambiano stanza e ci danno una camera vecchia con un armadio (se si può chiamare così) senza ante, bagno minuscolo, privo di bidet e con box doccia ammuffito e rotto. Continuo distacco della corrente per un solo phon attaccato. Colazione non a buffet ma alla carta (molto limitata). Pulizia parti in comune inesistente, sufficiente nelle camere. Non lasciatevi ingannare dalle foto messe sul web, non corrispondono alla realtà! Sconsigliatissimo!!!

Prezzo fantastico ma senza colazione inclusa Personale fantastico Struttura da film horror, di buono il solo terrazzo vista mare malcurato. Camere piccole, vecchie e sporche Letti e guardaroba vecchi ed inutili, televisione posizionata a momenti sotto il soffitto. Bagno osceno e piccolo con box doccia rotto, piccolissimo, doccino poco funzionante. Pensano ad installare serrature di 4a generazione e non ristrutturano le Camere. Incubo.
