酒店很新在那個區域算是挺好的了，就是去餐廳吃晚飯衹有一個服務員負責酒吧調酒還要在廚房幫忙，要點菜要上菜，就連叫一杯酒都要等很久很久.

The hotel was just fine overall, but for a brand-new property, I expected better attention to detail. There were several small discrepancies in the room, and the shower wasn’t clean, which was disappointing. The biggest downside is the lack of an electric car charger, something that should be standard for a new hotel. Instead, I had to drive to the nearby Wyndham property to charge my vehicle. Honestly, I should’ve just booked there in the first place.

Beautiful and spotless hotel!!! The most amazing front desk staff. The young women today went out of their way to make is an amazing stay. We have a few challenges with our TV and she got us another room and she recommended great restaurants. My husband and I love the design of this hotel and the service. We stay at another Hilton in Gilroy it was loud and noisy. The staff were not very warm and not kind. I recommend the Visalia Hilton highly.

Stayed one night while in town on business. The hotel seems relatively new. It’s close to the highway. The bed was pretty hard with either a pancake or a skyscraper foam pillow option. This hotel no longer offers bar soap, if that matters to you. When I went to bed I cranked down the air conditioning down to 68 (the lowest it will go) and woke up at 2am dying as the room temperature was 77 degrees. I got up and made sure the thermostat was set correctly. It was. So, I shut it off and turned it back on hoping it would reset itself or something. Needless to say, I didn’t get much sleep. I won’t be staying here again.
