Let me start with the good. First the staff were very friendly. The room was large and spacious. The bed ,although a bit hard for my taste was satisfactory. The room was clean and comfortable. The one down side was the key issue. Every day , including the first day, I had to have my electronic key card re-programmed. This became an unnecessary hassle to an otherwise perfect stay. I noticed other guests with the same issue. After about the third incident I asked the employee at the front desk what the problem was. I was told that it’s a recurring issue that has been brought to the attention of management, however they’ve chosen to do nothing about the situation. That is simply unacceptable. I can’t recommend this hotel until I hear and have witnessed accounts that the problem has been resolved.
