Overall a good stay, but could have been way better. The hotel is at a good location, but property needs a serious upkeep and proper maintenance. Commode had cracks, carpets were dirty/had stains, Sofa and chairs had stains & were not comfortable to sit on. Front office executives were very co-operative, housekeeping staff were prompt, restaurant team was amazing. Food was pretty good.

This is a second stay for us within two months. The hotel stay is really a fantastic experience and the hospitality is amazing to the fact that the staff is so friendly and polite in nature which made us come again. The food taste and the variety of options that are available for veg and non veg is quite sufficient. The chefs made us very comfortable with the customized menu for kids and elders and esp. Chef Ali was so helpful in getting the right taste. Thanks alot Four Points Sheraton for making my wife's birthday so special with your facilities and the special room decoration and a cake (taste was superb). Hope to visit you once again ☺️

Great Experience at Four Points. Visited ***** with my Family and the Hospitality was really great. The Buffet Spread was so decent and the Staff made sure we had few signature dishes delivered directly to our plate. Thanks to Saif Ali for being there all through and for the spotless service. Trouble free check in ,warm welcome,reception,kitchen staff very polite and enthusiastically eager to give their service. food guilty excellent and staff very eager to serve you including manager according to our requirement. I will not hesitate to ask my family and friends to stay at four points sheraton hotel during their holidays. Thanks to all family members of four points.

"I had an outstanding experience at Four Points vizag! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived. My room was always spotless, and the housekeeping team made sure every detail was perfect.Staffs of the hotel are the main highlight ,they always try their best to provide excellent service. Overall, the professionalism and warmth of the team made this stay truly memorable.Would like to mention Chiranjib, pallavi,vinay,bimal,priya,sai,surya,rocky,santu they are the champs.It always feels like a second home for me.

Four Points has very Good Convention, with Ambiance and Parking Space… staff are well cooperative and mannered Especially Radhika from Sales coordinates very well and maintains good guest relations, ensures best services from the hotel
