I stayed at the Best Western Ramachandra Hotel for a week. The hotel staff was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. They also helped me receive packages from the mail. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The staff were incredibly cooperative and kind. Special mention to the restaurant captains for their excellent service. And a warm welcome to new front desk team member, Hema, who's already making a great impression with her friendly greetings. Kudos to all of them for providing an exceptional experience!

When I heard that my hotel was booked in Gajuwaka and not in the Vizag city, I was not very sure. But Hotel Best Western Ramachandra belied all my doubts and inhibitions. The check in was smooth, the sleep quality was good and the breakfast in the restaurant was good, hot, sumptuous and tasty. I liked being encouraged and pampered to eat more, by Sai so much. Much appreciated and thanks to him. The check out was equally smooth. Everyone at the desk and the lobby were full of smiles and helpful. The only sour thing I found was the squeezing of the toilet seat in the standard room. The toilet paper holder was fixed in such a way that when a person sits on the pot the elbow hits the roll. It's not comfortable. Apparently the architect didn't plan well on the space inside the toilet. Sorry!
