The staffs unable to understand hindi or english. Fan of the room is not working properly. Despite complaint they were not willing to solve the problem or change the room. Cleaning is also not upto the mark

Hotel service is very poor. We booked for 5 day but room not cleaning not a single day. Bad sheet is very poor not cleaning properly. There is a problem in hot water. Knocking the hotel admin several times. After that they are came to check the condition. Drainage system in bathroom is very poor. Water staging in bathroom a long time. Looks like it is not wash a long time. Moreover it is not upto mark for stay.

not upto the mark bed and bed sheets are smelling very badly and not providing soap and towels toothpaste. Really bad experience with lakshmi paradise very small rooms.

The rooms given to us are smelling bad, but on asking they sprayed room freshner after which it is livable.
