Elegant Hotel

Thought breakfast was complimentary. After having breakfast hotel staff said its chargeble. They would have said before itself

The room quality was not good, floor was sticky, water clogging in the bathroom, food quality was poor

Firstly reception is excellent, very good staff. Room is clean nuce stay. Next time if i visit visakhapatnam, i will stay this hotel and recommend many people

A decent hotel in the middle of the city. Location wise it is convenient for most places around. Hygiene and cleanliness is maintained. Only thing i missed was a fitness centre among the amenities. Breakfast is great. Other food is also good.

It was good and nice rooms but there are restrictions. Amenities are very less compared to 3 star hotel. Quality of the products like slippers are average. Food was good i order corn it was good and quantity and quality was good.

Booked smoking room, allotted non smoking. And room was very congested. Morning breakfast was good, staff was very polite with customer.

Cleanliness is hopeless. Maintenance is bad. Dusty. Not at all worth paying 40997 for three nights. The whole family is upset with this experience despite paying you a premium amount. I will never use make my trip service in the future. Booking is available for 3500 you are charging me close to 6800+ per night. I can get a sheraton hotel booking. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at this property, food is delicious all the staff i encountered were courteous and helpful, they have nice and clean rooms the beds are comfortable and most importantly they have covered parking. I would highly recommend if you are looking for budget friendly hotels and moreover they even upgraded my package and added breakfast from their end which is a great gesture from the hotel staff.
