So there is no pool anymore. All the art was stolen off the walls in the hotel. The jacuzzi didn’t really work. We have stayed here for years.. the new owners are nice, but if there’s no pool I might as well just stay up the hill and be close to everything.
Also the mattresses need to be replaced. Omg my back hurt after that stay.
They were really nice though and very accommodating. Also sheets and bathroom were nice and clean.

The hotel rooms heater did not work. The staff worked effectively to get us to another room right away but, that room still stay really really chilly. We did not want to move again so we left the hotel that night without even letting the staff know. We did live that there was a bar and lounge area. On the website it says “pool” we didn’t see one and that’s okay because it looks like they are building a new bar and restaurant in the hotel. Will we stay there again maybe but next time we are going to upgrade to the suite they are more expensive but maybe on the first floor it will be warmer.

We have stayed many times. The 2nd from last time they could not find me in the system even though i showed my reservation. They were sold out nearest motel was 40 min away i wasnt happy but luckily they had an emergency room. Just as i walk in the room i got stopped turns out my name was put in wrong. Fast forward to this trip couldnt find me again. Was talking to the lady turns out it was the new owner. She felt really bad and embarassed. She called the co owner and they got it fixed even got us a playpen for the baby and put us right by the breakfast room. Will definitely be back.

One of my absolute favorite places to stay when visiting Virginia City. Well, technically, I am a local because I live here but I guess this is my favorite place to book for my family and friends to stay when visiting Virginia City. I recently booked a three night stay for my stepson for a pre-holiday celebration. He absolutely loved everything about this hotel. They are so kind and welcoming. Everything is clean and fresh. They always go the extra step to make you feel welcomed. Highly highly recommend.

It was clean, cozy, quiet and the people are nice. The pool and hot tub are wonderful.
Sadly, the property was purchased by an individual and they taking out the pool and hot tub.

Amazing spot. Its in the middle of nowhere and was along our way but i definitely want to come back again.
