SureStay Hotel by Best Western Virginia Beach Royal Clipper

The hotel was amazing. Clean, location, customer service was great! Everything about this reservation was great! I would definitely comeback here for my next stay in Va beach. Keep up the cleanliness and great customer service, I know you will have many more happy customers.

Nice hotel older but room was clean friendly staff. Parking is a little tight but would go back for another stay

For the type of Hotel it was I I didn’t set my bar too high, and I was pleasantly surprised

Basic Comfort Firstly, this should not be labeled as a hotel. It is a motel. Everything else in the area for a reasonable price was sold out so this was a decent last resort option. The room was very clean aside from a few long strands of grey hair found in the bathroom on the towel hooks. The bed was comfortable enough and the AC was functional. There’s really not much else to critique. It was a very basic room. The one elevator that they do have was a little annoying. It was very slow and on my first day of arrival it never came down to the main level. Perhaps someone was holding it open for a cleaning or something so I had to take the steps to the fourth level, which was not pleasant carrying a suitcase. On the first day of my stay, the bathroom had no hand soap.

Parking was free. Front desk agents Were helpful. Room was clean. Heater worked well while I was there and it was quite cold outside. Bed was very comfortable And clean. Clean bathroom and shower And my towels were replenished every day. Refrigerator was in room and worked dwell.. No evidence of pests anywhere. Hotel within50 yd of the beach. Many dining options within walking distance. Television worked well, appeared to be fairly new and had adequate amount of cable channels. Biggest downside was the doors. They were difficult to close. Once I figured out how to close the door it was OK but it should be easier.1 night when I returned to my room At the end of the day The room door Was found to be open by about 2"And I think what happened was that housekeeping came in And had difficulty Closing the door Because nothing was missing From my room Bathrooms were a little tight And The toilet was very low to the floor, Which might be an issue for more elderly Customers. Breakfast provided free And it was okay

elevator was not working the place. It was mess, not clean everything. It was not the same as what it shows in the website.
