Good location. Got to the property, required an additional $50 deposit (never mentioned up to check in). “Will be refunded in give or take a week.” No a/c. Turned off during the ‘winter’, it was 70 degrees that day, the room was uncomfortable. Had to leave the room door open to the hallway to cool it down. With things the way they are now days, not necessarily the best thing to do. Great ratings, just not so much for us.

We made the last stop in this hotel just to rest up so our drive won’t be too long. I was so happy we did because the views and the weather was beautiful. Listening to the waves at night by the balcony was amazing. The sunrise was beautiful. I would definitely recommend.

Although you can tell the hotel is an older model, they have upgraded and it looks great. We were very pleased at how nice the room was. The whirlpool worked great. The view was amazing. New paint and new decorations made a great feel.

Stay was good. Only issue for us, and it's probably not an issue for most, was that cleaning crew came in on our first day and threw away some things we were planning to keep. Also they took out the trash but didn't replace the trash bag. They didn't even leave extra towels and wash clothes.

At 2:00 AM water starts leaking from the room above us. I contacted the front desk and 5 minutes later someone came to our room and gave us 2 towels?!? The water was dripping on the edge of our whirlpool, which was next to the bed, and was splashing on us. It was obvious that We couldn't sleep. At 6:30 AM I went to the front desk and they said that they could do nothing because we booked through a 3rd party. We contacted ******* and they only gave us a $27.00 credit to be used on our next “nigh**are” sorry… next stay. What a way to gain a bad review.

The morning is loud due to a company cleaning the outside of the building and my car had excessive water with agents in it from the power washing of the outside of the building so my windows was so bad I had to go and clean my windows and the cleaning started at like 7:00 am to 3:30 pm so I didn’t get much sleep and I was irritated from this.
