The location is great:lot of restaurants, the easy access.. The cleanliness is good Helpful staff The amenities are standard for the concept: free laundry machines, gym but the kitchen utensils need to be looked at: missing silverwares, pots, plates... you don’t have to ask. Other than that it was a good experience, will be back

Older hotel, elevator very slow. AC/Heat unit didn’t cool well and it was cold when we stayed and didn’t cool very well. You would be in trouble in the summer. We stayed 2 nights and your room isn’t cleaned unless your there for extended stay. Have to ask for clean towels daily. Staff friendly and good location.

Finally a nice clean , quiet hotel . I didn’t have to worry about getting bit up by any bed bugs nor did I see any roaches . Only thing I will say is they should specify their holding fee they have once you get there other than that I was satisfied

Considering this was a non-smoking facility. Our room smelled of hold smoke.

My stay at The Candlewood Suites was an absolute as well amazing, I was thoroughly impressed and surprised by the hospitality and the overall atmosphere experience and quality of this Hotel Property. I indeed will be booking my next stay at this location when I’m back in the area as well one of the many other locations, continue providing excellent great service to all of your guests. Everything was great. If I had to complain it would be the street noise.

It's a pretty relaxed hotel, recommended to those who just need a place to sleep and shower.

I was very pleased with the whole experience: the room was clean, the kitchen appliances were a surprising pleasantry, the staff all polite and helpful. I also enjoyed the outside patio for sitting and chatting with my sons, also visiting the area. It was a good place to stay and I will stay there again next time. Thank you.

The room was clean and had all the necessaries. No loud noises at night. peace and quiet sleep.

One of the most comfortable rooms I have stayed in. Easily accessible, clean and quiet. This is where I will stay when I come back to the area.

Our room was across from the trash room. Between 5 and 7 am numerous people would drop their trash and let the door slam. Every morning we were awakened by slamming doors.

I loved how clean the property was! It was a quiet and safe space. My boyfriend and I stayed there for one night and it was just perfect! It is also less than 20 min from the airport so the convenience was great! If you wanted to do your laundry or eat in the room- they provided you with a laundry basket and Utensils/plates/cups. Worth the stay!

Strong “weird” odor throughout the facility to includes hallways and rooms, one rooms fire alarm came on when the heat was turned on. Booked a room with 1 king bed. Both rooms had 2 smalls beds. Was told this was due to my last minute reservation though my “last minute reservation” was booked based on hotel availability.

Desk staff were amazing as they had no record of my reservation. They spent time to track down my reservation from Hotels. com and verify it and put me a very nice suite! I was amazed at how helpful the staff were!
