In total, the property has about 2000 square meters in the middle is a main house, SunsetLoft 14, two bungalows on the right and left. The four bungalows and the main house have just been completely renovated and new, modern and high quality. The main house has about 100 square meters on the ground floor and a 45 square meter terrace with a direct view of the sea. In this apartment there are two bedrooms with air conditioning, two bathrooms, and a very large living and dining area. Upstairs is a 140sqm apartment with a large glass front. It has 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, a very spacious living-dining area and a large balcony directly to the sea. The decor is similar to that of the other SunsetLoft apartments, the house is only much larger. All furniture was designed by us and the carpenter and manufactured and assembled by the Carpenter Birger from Miesbach. The ground floor is for 4 people, the upper floor with 3 bedrooms for 6 people. From the terrace there is a very spacious barbecue area in the middle of large palm trees. The grill is equipped so that you can grill a whole suckling pig or lamb there. Go through the garden to the sea. Whether you want to relax and swim or explore the area, the area offers a lot. If you are a boat owner, you are welcome to moor at one of our 3 buoys and rent it. By boat you can reach many islands and dreamlike bays for swimming in a short time.
