I stayed overnight at this hotel and I really enjoyed myself. Form the start the front desk clerks were very friendly and accommodating. The lobby was super clean and there was access to food and drinks. The room was very clean and the location was close to everything. I will definitely stay again!

Went there for a valentines weekend. We were shocked it offered no amenities in the rooms. No fridge, no streaming services available, no microwave. For the price it didn’t seem comparable to other hotels. But we enjoyed it anyway. The service was impeccable.

This hotel is impeccable and I would stay here again. The hotel actually looks just like the pictures online. It’s clean and very friendly staff. It’s nestled in a very nice and very safe neighborhood in Vinings. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was nice, but everyday I’d get back to my room after leaving the office, and my room key wouldn’t work. I would have to go down to get it reprogrammed. It also happened to other people, as I heard while standing there getting mine reprogrammed. Also, the last night I was there, I had no hot water. I checked the sink and the shower and nothing but cold water. I wasn’t able to shower at all. Horrible experience for a decent looking hotel. I have my opinions on the breakfast, but I’ll just stick to the facts

While staying at this property we were awaked by a fire alarm going off around 3:30 am . Called the front desk and got no one to answer . No staff was around to hel evacuate the rooms . No text went out to us alerting us as to what was happening. Went back to our room after fire dept checked the hotel. A flashing strobe light continued we called the front desk and we were told they were calling the monitoring system about that. I do not have a good review to leave after this stay . Our room was continually stuffy and poor airflow. The bathroom shower had Water that would run onto the floor making it slippery when wet . Other than a clean room , that’s it. I would not be staying here for the amount of money and service I got .

The property is immaculately clean as was the room and bedding. Lots of lamps, updated room with white, fresh bedding and pillows. Large shower. Stone counter in the bathroom. The breakfast in the lobby was EXCEPTIONAL: fruits, cereals, yogurt, granola bars, bagels, salmon and capers, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, country fried potatoes, grits, bacon, sausage, danish, muffins.. This was included in our room rate but there was a sign indicating a charge of $29.00. 3 blocks off of 285, excellent location. Stopped on our return trip from Florida but often stayed here when we had family in Marietta.

Absolutely horrible! I left several messages for
management however, never received a call back. We did not get our rooms serviced *housekeeping*, the power went out and also the hot water went out and was ice cold. I contacted ******* who also has reached out to the hotel several times without getting a returned call neither did they respond to the multiple emails that were sent. This is not OKAY! We paid money for amenities that the hotel did not provide. We will NEVER spend our money here again!!!!

When we arrived I noticed that our bed linen and pillows were covered in hair. I called the front desk and Dashia was exceptional. She was very apologetic and provided customer service by moving us to another room promptly and providing breakfast vouchers. Miah was very friendly and assisted us to our room with our luggage as this hotel that we stayed on didn’t not have an elevator.
