Really I cannot recommend the Manoir des Cavaliers highly enough...! The setting is beautifully green and peaceful, even during the winter months. Above all, it was the hospitality of the hosts that made my visit so special. Vincent and Zsolt went out of their way to be helpful, from serving up a fantastic breakfast to printing a boarding pass for my flight the next day. I will definitely be returning to the Manoir des Cavaliers...!

We were welcomed to this paradise and quickly felt enchanted by the wonderful storybook setting. We booked the romatic suite to closeout our three week vacation and it was the perfect setting to unwind before the long trip back to California. The breakfast was truly delicious and one of the best meals we had while traveling. We were also provided excellent service by arranging for restaurant reservations in Chantilly, a taxi pickup to the airport, and suggestions for taking in the French countryside. Thank you to the hosts for your commitment to service and for the wonderful escape. We look forward to returning in the future!

What a beautiful oasis! As soon as we walked in, my husband remarked “we should have booked more nights”! We booked to stay one night after a train from Switzerland for business and before a flight from CDG and should have stayed much longer. I’d want a day just to relax at the manoir, but of course the beautiful castle and grounds, hippodrome, and restaurants all are calling. Many trails/paths that would be wonderful for running. We are already thinking of ways to plan our next travel with a few extra days to spend here. Hosts were very gracious and went out of their way to make all our travel and connections flow seamlessly. I booked here as I was teaching at a conference the next day and the conference hotel was full. I travel all over the world, constantly, but never have I been so overwhelmed by a place, bar one lodge in NZ which was ten times the cost. The property and gardens are stunning. The breakfast generous and divine. The hosts delightful. The dogs charming. I felt I had entered a magical world, almost as if I was dreaming, and would wake up soon. If you don't stay here you will be missing an experience you will never forget.

The best part of Manoir des Cavaliers are the owners, Zsolt and Victor. Their peaceful, calm and tranquil view on life can be seen throughout their beautiful property. Their personal touch made our visit to Manoir des Cavaliers and the French countryside a highly recommended place to stay. In our case, we were in Chantilly for work and vacation. Being vegan, we have challenges; especially in France, the world renowned Mecca for culinary gastronomy. Zsolt did extensive research and prepared a special page for us listing vegan restaurants and places to shop for vegan food. The breakfasts were great! Zsolt adjusted the menu to meet our needs. He prepared a vegan banana bread just for us! He found local vegan bread which he severed each morning. In addition to all the accommodating services, they helped us with advice and guidance on getting a SIM card, as well as arranging ground transportation to/from CDG. They loaned us their tools to fix our suitcase damaged on our flight. Zsolt was very helpful making dinner reservations at vegan-friendly Michelin quality (my rating) restaurants in Chantilly. I highly recommend staying at Manoir des Cavaliers!

Fabulous accommodation with beautiful gardens in a very tranquil setting. Our hosts (Vincent and Szolt) couldn’t have been more charming and helpful whether it was booking bikes or making reservations at the many excellent local restaurants. Breakfasts were a daily treat too!
