We loved everything. Hotel is small, so very private and quiet. Checkin and checkout was very fast. Staff was just so helpful and friendly. We had a family room/apartment with 3 rooms and with a second floor which was like a chill/relax room. We had a private bathroom, kichen, air conditioner in every room. View from window was to the mountains. Rooms were very clean, comfy beds, clean bathroom with everything, extra towels and bed coverings, cleaning every day. Pool was nice and clean, a lot sunbeds, view was just amazing to every side. Restaurant view was the same, vew to the mountains, hills, sunset view of course. Restaurant staff was awesome, very very friendly, food was just amazing, also children liked everything. I really recommend. We were there 2 nights. Breakfast was also very tasty. I really recommend this hotel !!

me and my family have come here for 4 years in a row. it is truly a true gem with everything you could ever wish for in an italian countryside vineyard; good wine, excellent homemade food & the best staff; caring, welcoming, witty and service minded.

Posto mozzafiato con vista sulle colline toscane. Piscina con affaccio bellissima. E posso dire che la cucina rispetta le pretese del luogo. Pochi piatti, ma presentati con cura, semplice ma con qualche piccolo rivisitazione. Staff cordiale. Ci tornerei.

Pessimo servizio, prezzo e qualità zero. Antipasti Toscana 16euro x 15 persone = 240euro. 2= 5 bistecce x 60 euro = 300euro. 3 bottiglie di vino x 22 euro 66euro. Acqua, coca cola. Caffè + aperitivo. 800 euro senza scontrino. Oppure 845 con lo scontrino. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

Location indiscutibilmente bella. Un giorno in piscina per tre persone + un bimbo di un anno 120€. lo ritengo esagerato. Hanno fatto pagare 30€ anche al bambino con la scusa che i posti sotto il tendone erano per quattro invece c’erano solo due lettini e un tavolino con le sedie. Se volevamo ordinare qualcosa dovevano andare a cercare il personale al ristorante , in tutto il giorno nessun cameriere è passato. Cibo ottimo ma con porzioni risicate e menu bambino da 10€ ( 4 penne al pomodoro). Dal conto non si è capito cosa ci hanno fatto pagare i piatti descritti non erano quelli presi, per 70€ a testa chiedo e pretendo di più. In sostanza: eccellente panorama, cibo buono e di qualità, costo piscina ingiustificabile… far pagare un bambino di un anno è una vergogna. Consigliabile personale con maggiore professionalità e attenzione verso il cliente.

Posto splendido con panorama mozzafiato, personale gentile e preparato, ogni portata è sempre preceduta da una dettagliata spiegazione, ogni piatto è curato nei minimi particolari, sapori e accostamenti deliziosi che creano sensazioni indimenticabili. La location è meravigliosa, con vista mozzafiato. Piscina bella e curata. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Prezzi del ristorante, dove il servizio è molto buono e si mangia bene, medio-alti, compresi quelli del bar (caffè tre euro, cocktail dieci euro l’uno). Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in uno degli appartamenti. Pulizia ottima ma l’arredo sarebbe da rinnovare. Il letto matrimoniale completamente sfondato, davvero molto scomodo. Lo abbiamo fatto presente alla reception, speriamo si prendano provvedimenti! Ciò che ha a che vedere con l’esterno è davvero perfetto. Peccato non si possa dire lo stesso degli appartamenti.
