房間衞生太差了，床單都是黃的，有味道，血跡…白天沒有電，晚上6點到早上9點鐘發電，半夜還停電換電，導致空調停了無法自動開，半夜熱醒了，起床全身被咬了很多紅點，早餐也太差了，選擇少，水果還有蚊子🦟屍體

It feels like you're in Cuba, because when you arrive at the hotel, you're greeted with that characteristic smile and hospitality. The service is very professional, always attentive to the smallest details for their guests. We loved it here since we're right in the middle of the town, allowing us to enjoy Viñales' culture. Our room was very comfortable and up to standard. And we have to highlight the breakfast—it was excellent and varied.

We had some expectations about this trip to Cuba, and it really paid off, first of all, we found this beautiful town called Vinales just 3 hours away of Havana, we stayed at Mystique Viñales Central and the service was really good, the staff, they all strive to do their best and made us feel welcome, nice food and pretty good breakfast, the room was nice and clean and great location.

The stay was really lovely. This is a very quiet and relaxing place, the location is amazing. The staff helped us a lot, they were so charming and attentive, they even gave us recommendations about places to know and visit in Viñales. They make you feel at home. As for the food, everything was exquisite. Totally recommended

Very nice experience in Viñales, we loved the town, the people is so nice, the staff was so helpful and attentive, the hotel has an excellent location, the room was really good and the breakfast was well assorted and delicious, we had a pleasant stay, I recommend this hotel

Viñales is one of those places you always want to come back to, I want to thank the staff for all the attention, you did a great job and made our stay so nice we won't forget, great amenities, the breakfast was superbe, the room was smashing and neat, this was so special, we are coming back soon!!!

During our stay in this wonderful part of Cuba, we were extremely pleased with El Mystique Viñales. In fact, we only stopped by for a bottle of water and coffee ☕☕, but ended up staying the entire afternoon. From the terrace, you’re just steps away from the town square and the church, allowing you to truly connect with the place. It’s a cozy hotel with great offers and top-notch service.
