Be careful with this Hotel. I was charged the full price without even being there! Due to the actual emergency situation I decided not to visit Viña Del Mar. I asked the hotel kindly to wave the 50 % fee and sent a special cancellation request via Booking. I just received answers like “We can not cancel without a fee”. He then accepted the cancellation but charged me the full price. He did not answer my WhatsApp messages anymore, but putting stories on their social media about that rooms are free. After I commented his posts on Insta and FB he blocked me on both, as I also warned there other guests. He also deleted comments of my friends. After a while he answered , made fun of me and said „Read the rules and deal with it.“ The worst customer experience I ever had with a hostel !
